I had a very combative response from an employee named Matthew today! I was in the sporting department buying an inner tube and floating devices for my daughter and some friends to float the river this weekend. He was rude and unprofessional the entire time dealing with the entire department. When I asked to see his name tag and ask him for his name he refused to give it to me and turned his name tag around and his co-worker in the same department when I asked her what his name was she would not give it as well. As the manager was called his coworker told him to leave the floor as the manager arrived. The manager was very professional and supplied the employee's name. All I would like to ask is to have friendly customer service while spending money out of my pocket for my daughter.

I'm very dissatisfied with Walmart. I won't buy anything there again! the last time I went in I had to buy a bag for over a dollar. to put my stuff in they don't have the 8 cent bags that the state of Washington requires them to have. A friend of mine gave me a couple of bags. but I still don't shop at Walmart. So if you don't bring your own bag. you're gonna have to spend at least a dollar for one bag.

I have no idea how this store has 3.8 stars.
- the customer service is the WORST
-you're treated like a criminal
-walmart is intentionally closing 50% of self check outs and forcing you to go through regular checkout (which they only open 3 during PEAK hours) in an attempt to make your shopping experience so terrible you resort to ordering your groceries online.
-you have to bag your own groceries.
-employees don't give a damn.
Do yourself a favor: boycott Walmart. There are plenty of other places to shop.

They are really bad now. Everything from socks to soap to store brand benadryl is locked up and it takes forever to find anyone to open it.
