Only reason I’m writing this is because of the low reviews but I spoke with Rodrigo and he was very friendly easy and fast to work with. I asked lots of questions when applying for a credit card and opening a savings account but he didn’t seem frustrated by it which was nice. He gave me his card and encouraged me to make sure i understand everything. He was a good person and I look forward to coming back. Thank you Rodrigo.

Went inside branch to withdraw money from my account (you have to do this at an ATM inside the branch). Requested an amount below my daily allowance. Again, I requested an amount UNDER what my daily allowable withdraw amount is set at. ATM would not release my funds until a banker looked at my ID (state enhanced drivers license) and verified my identity. A solid five minutes. At her leisure. They should close this branch.

A staffed ATM is not an adequate replacement for a full service branch. Banking with Wells Fargo is now very inconvenient for Lake Tapps residents. The closest branch is 20 minutes away on a good day.

Called and made an appointment to do a wire transfer. Drove 30 minutes as this location is the closest staffed Wells Fargo available. Great and friendly staff!

Went to get assistance closing an account. All they did was tell me I had to call a corporate number. Not even sure why there is a branch it might as well just be an ATM. The staff were cold and unhelpful. The interior is claustrophobic and sterile. It’s a bizarre place…

Doesn’t say this is a debit card spot only. There are no tellers but two bankers who can’t help you other than to show you how to use the atm. I drove all the way there and couldn’t do any banking as I didn’t have my atm card. Totally a deal breaker for me and WF. I expect tellers and will be moving on

Went to this branch only to find it has been closed! So disappointing because there are hardly any actual branches open anymore. The two closest branches are 30 and 45 minutes away in high traffic areas. Hard pass.....time to find a new bank.

Bank tellers seem hard to come by now. I don't understand why they switched this to ATM only. Living in the area it was nice having this bank to go to, to handle different types of transactions. Now I have to drive to either Auburn or Puyallup to speak to a bank teller. This was a very bad and disappointing idea Wellsfargo!

They really messed this place up had at least two tellers inside of the Haggen’s store which was really helpful instead got switched up for a fancy “walk-in” ATM with useless people asking “How can I help you?” When they can’t really help you do a money transaction way to go Wells Fargo ??????

Transactions are not supposed to take 30 minutes if the branch is capable. This branch has lost it's capability.(I'm not emailing anyone. This is by far the worst experience I have had at a bank. Deal with it corporate losers!)Horrid bank. Tellers are rude. Keep doing what you're doing Wells, stealing from people! If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have lost trust in this branch, which I'd hope never happen. The tellers aren't helpful, and simply make my life worse.Edit: Haven't changed my mind. A good bank needs to have a system, and this one doesn't appear to. Have been unfairly treated, and I'm sick of it. Went back to the branch to see if it was any better, and it was worse.

Came in on a Tuesday afternoon and tried opening up my first bank account at Wells Fargo. They weren't busy at all and yet I still had to wait about 35 minutes for some help until I decided to leave . Not sure if all of their locations are like this but I definitely won't be coming back to this one.
