I went there to pick up my daughter’s order for her . I drove through drive-through and they handed me bag and I drove off. I looked inside and noticed it was a salad and something else then looked at the receipt and it had someone else’s name on it. I drove back around and told them they gave me the wrong order. The lady asked me for the bag and I said it doesn’t say Faith she took the bag and then asked for the picture of my daughter’s drive-through order. So I pulled up further and had her send to me and that’s when I read it was NE store not suppermall. My point in writing this was that she was snappy at me because they handed me wrong order but I was nice enough to drive around and tell them . Then I seen her hand bag to another car!!! It wasn’t my order but I could have done anything to that food ! She has no idea and if they gave some my order and they drove off with it I certainly wouldn’t want it!!!! I would want a new one. Not sanitary at all or safe!

Got the app and a great deal on a Dave's single for a $1. It was a good burger. The fries are underrated I always enjoy those. My gripe is, I hate it when places serve iced coffee and call it cold brew, and also, if you don't have anything but granulated sugar stop acting like you even have a coffee game going on.

Rihanna couple things that boo boo was there's no hot water in the restroom so keep that in mind there's not really a I don't think that's legal in a restaurant but anyway yeah and then the lettuce was stale Miramar down for that but man knows those fried onions they put on the salad those were insanely good how to get those onions but there was a lot of chicken on their that's never terrible. And the fries were cold and they had salt on them I said no no salt and they were over done so I was generous giving them three stars.Vegetarian options: Probably a bad spot for vegetarian.Parking: Big parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Should be okay probably need them to open the door for you

I got breakfast there a few weeks ago and they misheard me. I tried to clarify at the window and when I asked for a receipt they told me to get it at the next window. They didn't give me a receipt either. I tried to talk to customer service and got no answer. I'll go to Wendy's again, not that location though.

Hello. My name is Steven and this is my disappointment story at Wendy location in 902 Outlet Collection Way, Auburn Wa 98002One day, craving a quick meal, I decided to stop by Wendy's. Expecting a hassle-free experience, I placed my order with clear instructions and specific preferences. Unfortunately, what followed were repeated instances of wrong orders that turned what should have been an enjoyable meal into a frustrating saga.To my disappointment, upon receiving my first incorrect order, I realized that the staff had failed to include a crucial item that I had specifically requested. Understanding that mistakes happen, I politely approached the counter to alert them of the issue and requested a correction.Rather than rectifying the situation promptly, the staff seemed unconcerned and provided a lackluster response. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and taking immediate action to correct it, they appeared indifferent and unapologetic. This lack of accountability only amplified my frustration, as I felt my concerns were not being heard.Regrettably, this pattern persisted in subsequent visits as well. Despite making my preferences explicitly clear, my orders were consistently filled incorrectly, with missing items or substitutions that I had explicitly asked to avoid. It seemed that there was a disconnect between the staff and the importance of getting the order right.One day I was there and do mobile order the food I want and when I’m inside, I meet an other customer and I bet with him they will mess up my order and I’m right and that customer laughing. That’s tell me how bad the employee pay attention to detail was.Each time I visited Wendy's during this period, I not only had to deal with the disappointment of receiving the wrong order, but also faced a frustrating cycle of having to revisit the counter, explain the issue, and wait for a correction. This not only wasted my time but also left a sour taste in my mouth.As a customer, it is disheartening to encounter repeated mistakes and a lack of concern for quality and accuracy. Wendy's is known for its reputation as a fast-food chain, but this experience left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.While I hope that Wendy's takes steps to address these issues and improve their order accuracy, I would also consider providing feedback directly to the management to ensure that this experience can serve as an opportunity for improvement.

Love the super fast and accurate service. They have service on lock. The new dining room was recently updated. Not nearly as comfortable but looks fresh. Not a fan of the line to the lone self service drink machine but is what it is. I do like having all the options to try new drink flavors.
