Had to drive out to this location unfortunately due to the Tacoma store, "that I normally use" not ably to help me due to maintenance on their machinery. I was first told that they don't match paint, and after asking why other locations can but they can't I was then told, "we don't have the time." Don't wast your time with the wesco Auburn location!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Wesco today and the help that Terra gave me. It’s a rare thing to get thoughtful and individualized care when walking into a store for a service, especially without a call or an appointment, but Terra went above and beyond for me today. Not only did she find me the paint and brushes I needed, but she gave me tailored advice based on my specific circumstances to save me money/problem shoot other issues with my car. Thank you so much! This kind of service means the most!

I’m an amateur looking for help to repair a small ding on the wife’s Acura. The store manager, Terra was extremely helpful and treated me with the utmost respect! Her professionalism was very apparent both in her mannerisms and how the store was kept. The trickle down effect to the employees that interacted with her while I was present in the store was also very apparent. The store was in tiptop shape where nothing seemed out of place and organization was excellent. Would recommend this store to anyone because of Terra and the way she ran her crew and the store!
