This pharmacy has been increasing the cost of my medication every month since December. I have good RX for insurance and they honored it for the first six months. Now they won't; and they just pick a price to charge me for it. I am very unhappy with this pharmacy. The girl at the counter lied and said they only honor good RX once. Yet they did for six months. What?! The price of this medication was $21.39 for the first six months and is now $80! The pharmacists are uncaring and rude.

question.. question.. Why is this store suddenly, permanently closed?? My daughter went to order some things that I needed before she went to pick up my meds and it said that the store was permanently closed. So just looking for reason or reasons why! 12/5/2022 4:23 pm

The young black lady was rude as hell, wouldn't make eye contact when asking a question just kept opening boxes. Asked her if they had a center thing since she was stocking said things. She then just said what we have is what we have like uhm honeyyyy you have 3 boxes right in front of you labeled with what I'm looking for please do tell how you have them all out. Rude employee who doesn't care about their job.

I went to this Walgreens to pick up a prescription that was sent in the day before. When I got to the counter, the woman said that the prescription was not ready because they didn't know my insurance information. I gave her my insurance card and she said "We are going to lunch in 3 minutes so you will have to come back after 1:30." If there had been only one employee working in there that would have made sense, but there were 3 of them. Why did they all need to go to lunch at the same time? I said ok I will be waiting in that chair right there. When they came back from lunch, another woman came and asked me what was it I needed? I told her and she went away. I waited about 10 more minutes and they just kept waiting on other people. I told them when they said they were going to lunch, that I was hurting really bad and that was the reason I hadn't come in the day before for the prescription. After 10 more minutes and about 5 or 6 more customers, I lost my patience and walked up to the counter and asked how many more people were they going to wait on before they got my prescription. One of the women asked who was waiting on this lady and a girl said "me, I thought she left." I asked if I could have the district managers phone number and she said well this is our manager right here. RIGHT I am going to try and talk to the manager who stood and watched their behavior and said nothing. I told her I didn't want to talk to the manager I wanted to talk to the district manager. She told me I could go online and see if I could get it there. She didn't have it. If I were bleeding to death I don't think I would go to that store for a band aid. Who ever heard of a store that closes their pharmacy so that all of the girls could go to lunch together. Real customer service there.

What kind of store doesn't have the Condoms in the isle and labeled so we know where they're at? Now as a grown as* man I gotta ask the 16yr old girl working where you keep the rubbers.... AKWARD .

Been using this Pharmacy since 2007... over the year, it gotten worst and worst... when ask for refill... the pharmacy doesn't want to send a quick email to the doctor for refill on medications. My mother doesn't speak English so I called in to get her refills for her and everything was ok but then when she go in, they told her that insurance doesn't covers it. I called in and ask why wasn't it covers when they told me it would and she told me more lies. My father is a Cancer patient and need his cancer medication and pain medication. Doctor sent in prescription ever 6 months to make sure he gets his meds so he wouldn't go on without them. When my mother went to pick it up, she told us that they can't sent in request (which they have before). In the last year, I have nothing but trouble from this pharmacy. We will be transferring all of our medication out of this location and go with another pharmacy. Dad have PPO plans and mom is Medicare part D so we are good where ever we go. I will have my whole relatives and family stop using Walgreens and their pharmacy starting today!

This Walgreens does not have as many of the crazy people in the parking lot as the others. The shelves are usually stocked. And the staff is friendly.

Went to pharmacy to get a prescription and pharmacist Loc Nguyen was unprofessional and not helpful. I was told there was a coupon online from my provider and he said he couldn't help and we didn't have wifi he refused to help us as we didn't have insurance. Do not go to this Walgreens if you want a heartless not caring pharmacy. I thought they want to help people get better through medication. Cannot believe how Loc treated us and other employees as we observed!

They need to take pride in the cleanliness of their store. Garbage everywhere in parking. Poor reflection of neighboorhood.
