Ordered some parts for the Catalina Beach cruiser, one came in and the other was missing. Was able to contact the owner and they really were helpful making sure that I got the part that I needed to get my bike back on the road. Got the part today and the bike has power again!

The scooter I purchased from them for my son is great. My son unfortunately does not know how to take care of his belongings and ran it through muddy water. I had no idea what was wrong with it but their tech guy helped me out and we got it solved. I will be buying one of their electric mountain bikes next.

My father in law is loving his new Alpine electric bike. He is 88 years of age and has bad knees. He loves to bike but due to his knees it has been to painful. Your bike solved the problem. He is beyond thrilled to be riding again. Thank you again
