About Blis
Blis is a wonderful and amazing place to live, widely considered the best apartments on Bainbridge Island. The community is very meaningful, super friendly, and includes a large age range of tenants. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, well-maintained, and light-filled with open designs, featuring patios and, in some cases, incredible views of Eagle Harbor, the Seattle ferry, Mt. Rainier, and the Olympics. The amenities are fabulous and extensive. Indoors, there is a gorgeous lobby with a gas fireplace and a complimentary coffee machine offering lattes, cappuccinos, and hot chocolate. Common areas include conference rooms, a sports lounge with a pool table, and a large gathering room with a full kitchen. Residents enjoy a top-tier gym, bike lock rooms, and a professional dog wash station, as the property is pet-friendly and even offers complimentary dog biscuits. Outdoor spaces are lovely, highlighted by a huge rooftop deck with BBQs, tables, umbrellas, and a propane fire pit. The staff and management are wonderful, going over the top to help. They are always available, welcoming, responsive, and professional, working to knit together a community. The property is very convenient to shops and activities, though some note proximity to ferry traffic and that parking in the secure garage is super tight. Overall, Blis is a first-class, comfortable, and well-managed place to call home.

I have been working with Cameron Wilson, the property manager at BLIS, and I have found him to be exceptional in terms of being helpful, responsive and professional. He represents BLIS very well in my opinion.
