I appreciate the fraud department at Columbia Bank. This department has investigated fraud on my account and not held me responsible for the unauthorized charges. I can rely on Columbia Bank to protect my bank account.

If I could give a zero star, I would do it. I have been locked out of my account and am waiting on the phone to figure out how to get back in. This has happened to me a couple of times. I have three accounts at Columbia Bank and am considering closing them. If someone doesn't get on the phone soon, I'm done.

Have been a client since 1998 (Centennial > West Coast Bank > Columbia Bank > Umpqua) and the folks at this branch remind me of why, so friendly and professional.
