To All:
I recently purchased a NFIP for my girlfriend's house in SW Florida. I spoke with Joanna Bare on my first call who answered all of my questions completely we spoke for 30+ min. followed up with an immediate email from her with a detailed quote. During the call I realized the reason why my girlfriend was charged nearly $500 was because the property had been listed as an income producing property! Which contradicts the homeowners policy that was written by the same insurer. The rate FloodBuddy quoted was nearly half the cost of her current policy with double the coverage... I also made payment to the owner of the agency Joe Snapp a few weeks later. He returned my call within a hour of when I called and left a message (I think they were out to lunch). A quick chat, exchanged some info and a new policy was in place. He sent an email right after the call like he said he would and PDFs to follow. I highly recommend FloodBuddy!
