This is terrible. I took my grandmother to your salon on Wednesday, and last night I had to take her to the hospital as an emergency. Since the day she got her hair cut, she developed an irritation on her scalp that got worse over time. When it didn't improve, we had to take her to the hospital, and it turns out she contracted herpes zoster from your salon. It's unbelievable that you don't disinfect your equipment or change the headrest. My grandmother is an 80-year-old woman, and now she's suffering from this condition due to your negligence

I am very pleased with the haircut that Gus gave me. I brought a photo to show him the cut I had in mind. I appreciate that he keeps notes detailing what he did. Gus is an avid gardener, so I always look forward to interesting conversation also.

If this review were based solely on my experience, it would be one star.
All the Great Clips near my apartment in Seattle have closed, so while visiting my in-laws over the holiday, I figured I’d get a quick summer cut. I checked in online and waited an hour before being seen.
Sabina cut my hair. She assumed I wanted the same cut as last time—despite me clearly saying I didn’t, and that the last cut hadn’t been right either. I showed her exactly where I wanted it cut: above the shoulders but no shorter than the middle of my neck, soft layers (not choppy), no bangs, and subtle face-framing pieces so I could still pull half of it up.
I repeated myself, gave visuals, explained how I style it. Still, she barely seemed to be listening. Each time I asked about the length, she deflected with “we’ll get to that.” That vague response continued until she had already blow-dried my hair.
Meanwhile, my husband and I were clearly talking about catching a ferry. We checked in with two hours to spare and walked out barely making it—only because the ferry was delayed by 30 minutes.
The result? Not the length I asked for. Not the layers I asked for. I was polite and direct, but none of it seemed to matter. At the end, she asked if I liked it—but it felt like a formality. The cape was already off. There was no real space for feedback. I had no time left to request fixes or argue.
My haircut with Sabina took 1 hour and 20 minutes.I didn’t have time to argue or push for changes, and frankly, I didn’t trust that “fixing” it would help. Now I’m hoping another Great Clips in Seattle can salvage it.
Bottom line: If you want a straightforward, respectful haircut experience, proceed with caution. Charles gets five stars. Everything else? A reminder that being clear doesn’t always mean you’ll be heard.

Senior prices aren't that much of a bargain anymore, but still better than that other marketplace offerings. Keep track of your haircuts so hopefully they're the same each time. Consistency and good cheer. Mary Lou long-term customer.

I appreciate the ease of the online check in, keeps the wait time at a mininum , Amy understands what I need for my hair cut or trim for the appointment, the business is clean and cheerful and customers are greeted warmly.
