An excellent experience.
Came in just 9 minutes before closing, just to peek and leave. The employee working was kind, patient, and didnt rush us out. She created such a welcoming vibe, it felt like my whole body calmed down for just a few minutes. Great energy in this shop, will definitely be back to shop for longer!

Nice little crystal shop on Bainbridge Island with a good variety. I was able to find some really good pieces and the collection is worth browsing.
Only downside: if it gets crowded, it’s hard to get questions answered since it seemed like only one person was handling everything.
Parking was easy. They were open until 6 PM when I visited, but definitely check hours before you go.

This place has been around the Island for a while now and has just moved to it’s newest location which is the old Virginia Mason place. I went to their old location which was a few meters from where they now are and that’s how i found out. Great people, lovely items, Island pricing.

I am very happy with my online purchase from Hidden Gem. I wanted a delicate amethyst bracelet for a gift. I found the perfect item on the Hidden Gem website. Purchasing online was straightforward, and they shipped to me. The bracelet was just as it looked in the photos and was wrapped in lovely tissue paper, then well packaged for shipping. An extra small amethyst rock was included as a bonus with a lovely hand written note. Thank you for a delightful online shopping experience and a beautiful bracelet! I hope to visit the store someday.

First time in and was amazed by everything, the environment was great and employee were friendly and helpful. If you’re in the area, I would recommend stopping by to find the stones, rocks, crystals or books, tarot cards or incenses that has been calling to you.

Incredible selection of gems and jewelry. Extensive selection of tarot cards. I ended up getting a labradorite pendant (picture does not do it justice); I thought the price was fair. Excellent service; she couldn’t have been friendlier.
