It took a year of searching for my wife and I to find the right property to finally retire to. The experience was grueling but it was made possible with the very professional and patient assistance of Kristi Nelson at Sotheby's International Realty on Bainbridge Island. Our final destination home was made after relocations on three separate continents till finally we arrived at our new home in Port Ludlow, WA. Kristi's hard work at finding what we were truly looking for and not just coming up with accommodations was inspiring. She is in a class all by herself and those that come in contact with her and deal with her in one of the most important searches in one's life, will learn soon how hard she works to please. Our thanks always to her and her efforts on our behalf.

Selling a farm isn’t easy. Selling a farm, while simultaneously purchasing a condo across Puget Sound with tight deadlines is really tough. But not if you have an excellent real estate broker like Kristi Nelson (and her creative team of professionals!) working by your side. Kristi navigated this process with us perfectly. Helping us downsize, meeting deadlines, creating realistic expectations, and eventually closing on both properties was done with such grace. We will forever be grateful for her professionalism, knowledge and kindness. And I must say - she even made this process fun. Thank you, Kristi, for helping us onto this next stage of life!

Kristi is an incredible realtor, not only is she a wealth of knowledge about the area and Realestate but she has deep roots in the community and has built relationships with so many individuals and companies in the area who can assist your your journey to your home sale and/ or purchase. When Kristi took us on as a client she had her work cut out…we owned our home in Poulsbo, however we lived in out of state. Our house was an active Airbnb while being listed for sale but also needing a bunch of work inside and out. On top of that we were under contract to purchase a home in our new state and it was contingent on our Poulsbo house selling. Kristi went above and beyond to support us through a long 5 month journey. She had contacts for excellent painters, drywallers, window repair and landscapers and more. She showed up to our house to meet contractors, worked with our Airbnb manager and her team. She handled all our offers so professionally and with her deep well of knowledge, gave us her wisdom on each offer. Kristi is an open book and listened to our every need, concern and treated us like we were her only client. We ended up selling our house for exactly what we needed to enable us to purchase our new home and to a family who we knew would love our Poulsbo house even more than we did. You are in excellent hands with Kristi Nelson!

Kristi Nelson is an amazing guide through the home buying and selling process. When we planned to sell our Bainbridge Island home she brought in a stager who used our furniture and art to improve the living areas. The photographer Kristi brought in for interior photos and drone work captured the water and mountain vistas we enjoyed. Kristi vetted each potential buyer so everything went smoothly. We were sad to leave the beautiful Pacific Northwest but, should we have the opportunity to return there is no doubt we would choose to work with Kristi!
