Convenient location and no complaints with the staff or facility. Rented for 10+ years but the the annual price increases since 2020 led me to relocate to another storage option on the island.

Had to set up a rental long distance. Both Angela who took our initial call and answered all of our questions, and Bree, who returned my call to actually set up the rental were both exceptionally helpful.

This is our 2nd time renting at Reliable Storage and we are so glad we selected them again. Very professional, super clean, easy to get in and out. Just as important their staff is so friendly and helpful. The best!

Generally OK, but (1) no AC outlets and an adapter into the light socket doesn't work for any higher wattage devices and (2) had to call 5 times to get my pro rata refund for moving out by mid month. And still they have the wrong date and no refund.

Kelso does a fine job running the entire facility. Very easy to get setup and start using your storage area. It would be very nice if all the Reliable Storage sites shared customer data so that we could move between sites without having to re-enroll.

I have had many storage units, both in kitsap county and elsewhere... this location exceeded my expectations...this location is well managed and easy to work with (access / location / security). In particular, the manager of this location (Kelso?) is extremely helpful and professional.
