Had a quick moment between ferry arrival and an appointment and was able to get a perfect manicure in the right timeframe. He was wonderful, funny and accommodating and did great work! I will be back for sure next time I am on the island!

This place is unreal. I called and asked for three manicure/pedicures availability a week out. He just abruptly replied “no… ok?!? ok bye” and hung up.

I’ve been going off and on for a few years, and have had mixed experiences on quality. Not the best, but not the worst. Today I was told they would not remove a dip that I got elsewhere because they ‘only take care of their clients’. So I guess I will not be back.

Very rude and dismissive when we came back later and apologized for being late (we didn't have an appointment we just walked in) obviously didn't want to take us and we offered to come back the next day. He rolled his eyes and just dismissed us with his hands. We went to rite aid and bought our own nail polish and the lady tried to ask us to come in but we told her we just went and bought our own.

DONT GO HERE! I said i wanted french tip acrylics and he started. He was very rude and wouldn’t stop staring at the tv behind me. He also kept hitting my hand very hard. I told him what length i wanted and all of them ended up different lengths. there was a piece of hair on one and it was black and it annoyed me so much so i went to a different nail salon and got them Redone. you can see the photo i wanted and then what i got. they ruined my nails and for that short and that little work they did it was 120$

Worst nails in years! I was told my nails were ugly and was overcharged for new nails that looked horrible. Top coat peeling off after one day and really bad dremel with 3 tips already failing . Won’t ever return

Decent pedicure but my nails were absolutely trashed for the manicure. I now have to wait for them to grow out to get past the fact that they're now paper thin.

Please believe the reviews and do not come here. This was the only place open on Labor Day and I'm visiting on vacation, I came here to get my nails done, and they were not installed correctly. When you looked underneath, you could see the separation between my nail and the acrylic. I went back to ask them to fix it, and his response was to file down the under sides of my nails Instead of fixing them. This resulted in pain and blood underneath my nails. Had to take a painkiller to enjoy my day in Seattle. Avoid this place they should just close down. Additionally, the guy that was doing my nails, kept trying to continuously make jokes with me and other customers when he clearly should have just been focusing on his job.
