My favorite restaurant of all time. The pho and springrolls are AMAZING, customer service is great and you order and pay when you get there, which means no drawn out ordering or waiting for the bill.

Best Pho noodles I’ve ever had, Adrian is very kind.We come here every other day. Never had the chance to take any photos, always just wobbled up the food.

We went to Bainbridge Island on a Sunday which apparently means a lot of closed restaurants. Based on reviews we decided to eat here. Food was inconsistent and my dish was old. The curry was good according to my mom and the bahn mi sandwich was mid. Dumplings were crispy and small portion for $10. Egg rolls were $9 for 3 mini sized egg rolls. Total for lunch was $70 which is ridiculous. The worst dish was the lemongrass chicken which was cold and the salad had no dressing.

Thuy has been cookin that gas for years now on Bainbridge! This place is the best. Having my Bainbridge comfort food spot be a Pho restaurant is kind of like an Andre Iguodala finals MVP - never expected it to happen, but pretty glad it did. This place never fails to brighten my day when I stop in!

Good service but milk tea is extremely tiny and expansive (the food in the picture is almost 7) Taste very plain as well.

This is one of the best restaurants I have been to full stop. I don’t know why the rating is 4.3, they deserve a 5 star rating. I’ve never had bad or mediocre food here. It’s always super fresh and flavorful. The staff are very friendly, and it’s a nice cozy atmosphere.

My wife and I got the Beef/Rare Pho and Beef Bahn Mi. They were good. My wife said the Pho was a little bit too salty for her. I liked the Bahn Mi. We got take out. The place is kinda hidden down the street.

Great place for pho! The broth was well made and had a good balance of flavor. The service was overall very good. I didn't expect to find this good of a Vietnamese place in the PNW, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I had a bad experience checking in for a table. There was a snotty 14 year old kid she had working at the cash register. I had a gift card, and he had no idea what to do with it, so I had to pay cash. They want a tip right away, so I said I'll leave a tip at the end of dinner. The service is terrible, and had to wait quite a while for dinner, and it wasn't that busy. The woman who owns it comes out of her office every once in a while to check in, then vanishes. At least the food was good, but not worth what I had to go through to get it. Terrible service. I will not be coming back.

Thuy is seriously doing everything right. With the insane increase in the cost of labor private restaurateurs have it rough these days. Thuy’s is a small, family owned restaurant. Thuy is a delight and the food is authentic as anything else I’ve tasted in the PNW. I had a large beef and tendon pho and my partner had the yellow chicken curry special. Both dishes were absolutely delicious and tasted like someone in back has been cooking for their family and friends for decades. If you’re looking for some delicious food at a good price (especially for Bainbridge!) Thuy’s is THE spot.

Was happy to find vegetarian pho in Winslow. Do not order the bok choy dim sum, it was extremely underwhelming (was steamed bok choy in a bowl with oyster sauce). I had this in my pho already so it was just me paying 7$ for more bok choy. I thought the dim sum would come with something "dim sum" with the veg inside

We have been looking for great Vietnamese on Bainbridge and here it is!! We had the curry special-delicious and the salad or vermicelli bowl-great flavor!! Can't wait to try everything on the menu! The place is small but clean and the service friendly and great. We will be back!

Please do yourself the favor and try the papaya salad. You don't need to like papaya to enjoy this salad. It's fresh, crunchy, filling and the best papaya salad I've ever had. We come to Bainbridge just for this salad, and everyone we've introduced to it falls in love with it. Make sure to add prawns, absolutely delicious!!
