You do a great job and are always available when I need a rental. My experience was great. The lady at the rental counter was very nice and accommodating. The van was exactly what we needed to pick up some cabinets and a countertop.”

“Pacific Storage has been absolutely wonderful! The staff here are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. Diane, in particular, went above and beyond for us — always checking in, following up, and making sure everything was taken care of (even when my mom couldn’t quite get the storage unit locked correctly). She never made us feel like a bother and was so patient and proactive.
Every time we stopped by, the whole team was welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. It’s rare to find a business that combines great service with genuinely kind people, but Pacific Storage nails it.

“I've moved a couple of times in Kitsap County, and a few times have needed to use a truck just for picking up furniture or something. Truly, I make my plans around their availability. They are always so nice and clean and reliable and I can't recommend them enough!”

“Made a same day reservation on a saturday, showed up and they were closed. Luckily the owner was inside and heard us, and after fixing the reservation, dispatched our rental on time. She was inside when we arrived calling uhaul to fix all the other online reservations that uhaul.com mistakenly allowed at a closed location. There seem to be some system issues with this location, i'd advise to call ahead and make sure they are open.”
“Karla is an absolute superstar! Today i rented a truck from this location. My time for pickup was towards the end of the store's hours and i was running behind schedule. When i walked up, staff was leaving and had already locked up for the night. Karla saw me walk up to the door and answered with a smile asking for what I needed. She swiftly invited me in to help me out. She was kind, professional and efficient. It seems rare to see someone go over the top to help someone like this and Karla's demeanor was extremely refreshing. I will be sure to use this location for all moving needs from now on!”
“Location was great, but the U-haul overall was frustrating. My pick-up location was changed twice, the last time the night before, and each time further away. Considering I have to pay by the mile that is a horrible business model. It doesn't make sense that a truck is available when I make the rental weeks in advance and the company can't manage the fleet well enough to provide a better customer experience.”
“This is my third time renting a truck from this location over the past few years, and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and polite. The owner goes above and beyond, always transparent about pricing and quick to resolve any issues. I truly appreciate their honesty and customer service. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing a U-Haul rental.

“Nothing wrong with the location, but uhaul's gas policies are robbery. I left the van with a sliver under 7/8 if a tank and was charged nearly $12 for fuel. I put $6 of gas in before returning. There's no way it needed $12 more gas.”
“I used NK Self Storage to rent a U-haul and was provided outstanding service! The site managers checked me in very promptly and were super friendly. Even during a very busy rush of clients, they offered to help my husband unhook the trailer from our vehicle. Even though it wasn't necessary, it was very kind of them to offer. The entire process was seamless and almost effortless. Keep up the great work!”

“Fast and efficient. Price was great. Wasn't hard to get the bigger truck in and out of the place. We will use their buisness again. We uploaded our drivers lisence online and the lady told us that if we hadn't it would have been longer due to them not being able to copy the ID at this location.”
“Everyone at this location is friendly, fast and efficient. I arrived in the morning shortly after opening. They were quite busy. I had to wait a few minutes for my truck to get cleaned and ready for my use. Everyone apologized multiple times, but it only took a few minutes and gave me the opportunity to eat something before a full day of moving! The move went smoothly and the return was as well!”

“Becky Cheyney was an absolute delight to work with -- warm, patient, incredibly efficient and helpful as well as welcoming. A real asset. She can answer any question and is happy to show you how things work by walking you through. The facility is neat as a pin, and even the smaller units are tall and can certainly hold a lot. Lots of security, reasonable prices and so nice that they are community and customer oriented. Very efficient with paperwork and clear with explanations. Would highly recommend!”
