“Nothing wrong with the location, but uhaul's gas policies are robbery. I left the van with a sliver under 7/8 if a tank and was charged nearly $12 for fuel. I put $6 of gas in before returning. There's no way it needed $12 more gas.”
“North Kitsap Moving and storage was fantastic. However U-Haul made a huge mistake sending me to a location that did not have trucks. An uber dropped me off at 7am in the pitch black in the middle of nowhere with an office that was closed and left me scrambling to find a replacement truck. Shame on you, U-Haul”
“Karla is an absolute superstar! Today i rented a truck from this location. My time for pickup was towards the end of the store's hours and i was running behind schedule. When i walked up, staff was leaving and had already locked up for the night. Karla saw me walk up to the door and answered with a smile asking for what I needed. She swiftly invited me in to help me out. She was kind, professional and efficient. It seems rare to see someone go over the top to help someone like this and Karla's demeanor was extremely refreshing. I will be sure to use this location for all moving needs from now on!”
“we had an amazing experience here! We were moving from Kent to Bremerton back in December 2025, (pu date was 12/31, expected drop off was 1/3, but we didn't make it in until 1/7/26) and drop off location was for port orchard location. I was in my first trimester, and my boy friend was pretty much- or quite litterly was- single handedly moveing the contents of our large 3 bedroom apartment all on his own. It was so stressful. I was plagued with morning- or all day- sickness, and more or less useless in the heavy lifting department. The team at Penske were more than accomadating to our stuggle. They were kind, understanding, and made such a lasting impression- that all these months later, and I still wanted to leave a review. When we had to extend our rental time due to my boyfriend being littrly unable to physically make our intended deadline, the staff (possibly C-Shorb?) delivered flawless, excellent service. He heard us out. Was compassionate. and didnt penalize us for what we had no control over. We are forever grateful. Its always something to receive genuine customer service. Sometimes such generosity feels far and few. But the help we received from Peneske was incrediably. 10 stars if I could give them.”

Even during a very busy rush of clients, they offered to help my husband unhook the trailer from our vehicle. Even though it wasn't necessary, it was very kind of them to offer. “Fast and efficient. Price was great. Wasn't hard to get the bigger truck in and out of the place. We will use their buisness again. We uploaded our drivers lisence online and the lady told us that if we hadn't it would have been longer due to them not being able to copy the ID at this location.”
