The new manager, Tiffany, is fantastic. In a short time, she has hired a team of friendly staff, and brought service, structure, and organization to this store. The staff strive to memorize the names and box numbers of all box holders and keep mental track of something has come in. Tiffany is always working to improve the store and I highly recommend them.
I have witnessed multiple customers being quite rude and the staff have comported themselves with professionalism and graciousness in the face of ablism, racism, entitlement, and just mean customers.

I came in with some large art prints I wanted to ship home rather than take on a plane, and Caitlin was amazing! She helped me through every step of the process and was really friendly with any questions I had. Thanks!

Absolutely stellar service at the Bainbridge Island UPS Store! I was in a bind needing over 100 flyers printed on a tight deadline, and Tiffany, the general manager, went above and beyond. She was warm, professional, and incredibly customer-focused—making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Truly grateful for her help and the outstanding service!q

We have been a long time customer and we are very disappointed with the notary service we received and then the management lack of follow up. We paid to have a document notarized and it was blurry and was rejected by a government entity. We complained to the management and was told they would refund the charge and compensate us for our trouble. Neither has happened. We lost weeks of time and incurred many expenses to rectify this situation. Terribly disappointed with this store and do not recommend anyone using it.

Elizabeth, the UPS Associate, provided me with extraordinary customer service. She helped retrieve the heavy parcel from my car and went through extra hoops to get the correct third party return label for me. I couldn’t have managed the shipment without her.

The service and staff at this UPS store was exceptional. Duncan responded to email and phone professionally and quickly. We had an unusual delivery issue and they helped sort out the problem very quickly!! I would definitely use this store for any shipping needs.

Went to get some docs notarized. Young gentleman was very friendly and professional. Explained the process to us and handled the whole transaction promptly. My wife and I were very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend this store.

We are so fortunate to have this UPS store as well as the store in Poulsbo. Great hours and location, friendly service. We have shipped so many packages from there, of all sizes - even canvas art, and never any damage. They also accept Amazon returns which is very handy. Check out their rack of greeting cards. Last time I actually laughed out loud because they were so funny and just had to buy one of each.
