The employees here are fantastic. Especially Loren. Verizon itself treats their customers terrible and caused my appt to turn into an 8.5 hr stay to switch to a business account with devices. They made us spend an extra 5 hours by over complicating things and locking everyone out. Not to mention hanging up and flagging it for fraud.

Enrolled me in Verizon Mobile Protect after I declined it. This $17 per month per device and they enrolled both my iPhone and my Apple watch. The team there is so nice but then they just scam you left and right. My wife just got back and they had her enrolled in Verizon Cloud for $5 per month which we didn't ask for or need. If you have to shop here, tell them to look you in the eye and listen when you say, "I DON'T WANT *ANY* ADD ONS. NONE!"
