Transferring my scripts to CVS. This would be a great spot for a principled pharmacy chain to takeover. The service here is really subpar. My Dr. sent in my prescriptions on feb 6th and every month it takes an additional 5-9 days to actually have them filled, It is April 24th and I am picking up ONE of the three. I am not even going to try the other two. I am transferring them to CVS in Poulsbo. It is easier to drive the additional 10 miles each way to ensure that I get my meds. Go elsewhere.

I find the staff very helpful and polite. I recently switched from Walgreens to Rite Aid because I found Walgreens to be anything but helpful or polite.

When contacting this pharmacy to inquire as to whether or not they hold fill my prescription I was met with contention by the pharmacy staff. The lady I talked to indicated that they did have my Rx in stock but she stated she "Would like to reserve it for her regular customers...". Are you kidding me? Honestly, the only reason I hadn't filled with Rite Aid before was I don't care for the snobbery generally encounter on Bainbridge Island so I choose to shop in Poulsbo. We'll, this pharmacy staff only validates my thoughts on Bainbridge business's. When I did finally get them to fill the Rx, it took multiple days to fulfill and I ended up having to wait for the entire staff to return from lunch (I showed up just after they were supposed to have returned) to pickup. There was already 4-5 people waiting. Then, with little regard for the time of others, the pharmacy staff only ran 1 register despite having 5-6 woman in the pharmacy area gabbing in the back. I then had to sit threw a nearly 30 minute conversation between the first patron and the pharmacist about his recent home sale, vacation etc. I get it, they're trying to bond with customers but there is a time and place. If it wasn't for needing my Rx, I wouldn't walk into this building again.

Really awful service and an unwillingness to be helpful. I've been unable to get one prescription filled for nearly 6 weeks. Other prescriptions rarely get filled on time often requiring multiple visits to finally get them filled. They often do not answer the phone forcing you to drive there and wait for a half an hour just to have the pharmacist shrug and tell you they don't know what to do.Being disabled, I have been a Rite-aid/Longs customer for over 25 years and I've never been treated so poorly.

3 to 4 days to fill a simple RX, and they simply close the pharmacy if the "pharmacist can't make the drive in" (schools were open today), the doctor has had to call in RX several times. Skip it and go elsewhere.

Generally started taking 1-3 days to get a prescription filled a few months back. There has been multiple times while I've had covid where a prescribed medicine wasn't ready in time. When you a prescription, you need it that day a lot of times. Not in two business days. Need more staff.

My experience was the worst I have had ever. My doctors office called in my prescription three times and rite aid said that they did not receive. I had a surgery scheduled for Monday morning in Seattle and had to get the prescription so I called my doctors office from there. We discovered that they did in fact have the prescription it was sitting on the fax machine for two days. I requested to speak with the manager of the pharmacy. He was a complete jerk, rude and had the worst people skills. A big part of the issue was that they spelled my name wrong when they set up my profile. They also never asked for my insurance card so I was over charged. We will not be going back.

This was formerly a great pharmacy. Moved my Rx here after Safeway pharmacy imploded when they acquired Winslow Drug. Now, it is constant turnover of pharmacy staff, never the same faces twice. Angry hostile woman is there most of the time. This has spread to the other staff in the Pharmacy. They just can't be bothered by things like filling Rx on time or providing any semblance of customer service.

I went to the pharmacy in Bainbridge island. It was almost time for them to close. my prescription co-pay was a lot higher than normal, so I asked the nice cashier why is my medication so high? I proceeded to tell her that I talked to someone about my insurance and I was told it was fixed. The young lady was about to look into it when the Pharmacist came up to the counter and snatched it out of her hands and told me to have a seat and we will work on it!! I understand your about to close, but don't be rude to me! I've noticed this pharmacist is very rude and condescending to his technician s. Linda was my cashier that day and she was awesome! very polite and sweet. thanks Linda for your awesome customer service.

We recently switched to a mail order pharmacy to save money in January. This is a good plan until you're leaving town and your prescriptions haven't arrived like promised. Thank goodness for Brian at Rite Aid. He sat on hold with our insurance company while an override was authorized and filled our very important prescription. Makes me reconsider saving those few dollars and choosing to shop local instead!

Warning these people are incompetent and rude. Pharmacy filled up my elderly mothers prescriptions with wrong medication. Then when we noticed and brought back to tell them a mistake, rude female in pharmacy section asked why we switched pills. As if we happen to have an extra hundred pills of a a medication when we brought back both containers full saying why do they have different labels but have same looking capsules. We are lea big to go to Safeway or local pharmacy in winslow green. After 30 years with them, have never felt so disrespected and endangered.

During my visit mid-day today there was a line of 5 customers waiting and only one checker, this Rite Aid is horrendously understaffed. The wait was obscene.

The pharmacist is a idiot. Think he most have got his degree on Sesame Street. Apparently all you need to get a pharmacist degree is learn how to count

Cashier "Tina" tonight was rude, condescending, and had major attitude with everyone in line. All of the cashiers here need training on customer service. Especially her.

I have been to this location many times and on many occasions the drink cases were 90% bare, with hardly any choices. Though the workers were nice every time I asked for the store manager whether in person or over the phone they were never available. It being a place I use to get something to drink being hot summer days this was regrettable they never have any selection or only a few in the cooler. I will not be returning due to both reasons. I should be able to contact Jerry the store manager but never can and he never calls me back after leaving constant messages.
