2nd time in a row after going here my card was hacked. Spent a few dollars inside and then I get fraud charges a few days later. Haven’t had issues at the gas pumps, only in store. Place is shady

purchased 3 celsius energy drinks since there was a $6 deal going on. the indian cashier charged $8.67. i confronted him and he changed it to the correct price. but when he was returning my change he flicked the coins at me. very disrespectful and illegal scamming. i was going to do self checkout but he yelled at me and said it didn’t work. it was literally working.

Extremely rude and arrogant employees do not come to this gas station especially if you need to use the bathroom they close them whenever they want

HORRIBLE STORE!!!VERY DIRTY SODA MACHINES MOLDY!!!THIS PLACE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM!!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND ALWAYS TALKING ON PERSONAL PHONES VIA BLUETOOTH NEVER LISTENING TO WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING AND IF YOU SAY ANYTHING THEY GET EVEN MORE RUDE. ALWAYS SPEAKING IN THEIR LANGUAGE TO EACH OTHER AND MOST TIMES IT COMPLETELY OBVIOUS THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT YOU. THE STORE IS DISGUSTING I REFUSE TO BUY ANYTHING IN THERE AGAIN AFTER SEEING ALL THE FUNGUS GROWING IN THE SODA MACHINE BOTTOM TRAY. I DONT BELIEVE OR EVER SEE ANYONE DOING MUCH CLEANING . THE ONE TIME I ACTUALLY SAID SOMETHING ABOUT BEING ON PHONE AND NOT HEARING WHAT I SAID HE THREW MAJOR TANTRUM STORMED OFF YELLING IN HIS LANGUAGE LEFT DOWN HALLWAY JUST LEFT ME AT COUNTER WITH NO HELP THE OTHER EMPLOYEE IGNORED ME ALSO TOLD ME I MADE HIM MADE THEY DO NOT LIKE WOMEN THAT TALK BACK TO THEM.

*** YESTERDAY MY FRIEND WENT IN THERE ON HER WAY TO WORK. A CUSTOMER CAME UP BEHIND HER AND PUSHED HER SHE FELL INTO THE CHIPS WHEN SHE WENT TO FRONT TO TELL EMPLOYEES THEY WERE UP THERE LAUGHING ABOUT IT!!!

Place deserves 0 stars. All the good reviews are from previous management and employees. They have Terrible customer service. The Employee literally hissed in my face when I asked to pick up the online order. Sorry you had to get off your phone and that doing your job is such an inconvenience.

You want to buy the hot case food but you see the guy behind the counter, not using gloves, wiping his nose and not washing his hands so you buy the frozen food only to discover it has mold in(somehow). I will not be returning to the 7-Eleven anytime soon.

Do NOT go to this establishment. Worst customer service ever. Talking on the phone while trying to check us out & when i ask for a bag they just stand there throw a bag on the counter and say “there, bag.” If you don’t want to work go do something else

As many people here can see, this location got new ownership within about a year ago. Since then things have plummeted there. The old staff were really nice and made you feel welcome when you came in. The store was spotless and the shelves and rollers were always fresh and stocked. Now everyone got canned and the new people working there are weird. I know there is a language barrier here now and I understand that but they're just not very friendly and the store is a mess often. Half of the time I come in the guys working there are using bluetooth earbuds to talk on the phone. Not the store line either. I used to grab some hot food there often but now I avoid it like the plague. Got some chicken there a while ago and it was like eating rotten food left out in the Arizona sun for a week. This sucks.

Guy working tonight flat out refused to make me a pizza, wasn’t nice about it either. 3 people working total working / behind the counter and he said it “wasn’t possible” rudely.

I told the cashier dude that can hardly speak English that I wanted Copenhagen wintergreen long cut the first second and third time after he kept bringing me the wrong type. No big deal. Then he says that I should’ve told him to get the right kind the first time and begins to blame me and gets mad. I actually had to tell him there’s no reason to get angry. Very rude. And learn English.

I have to agree with the comments on the rudeness of the workers. The look on their faces makes it seem they are annoyed that I'm there. The guy who is always talking on his phone(earpiece) is the worst. Last Friday was my 1st encounter with him, and he didn't even get what I asked for right. After repeating myself several times, I gave up. I've given them a chance several times over the last year. I will never go there again 😡 no matter how inconvenient it is to go elsewhere!
