Had a long standing appointment with Jason for Cummins diesel marine maintenance issues. Never called, never showed up. Did not answer my phone calls. Totally unreliable.

Called for help. Vert pleasant person (Eric) got me scheduled to check problem on RV generator. Took it in and within 4 hours got a call back to come pick it up. They had the problem resolved and showed me how to fix it myself should it happen again. Best service ever. Thanks guys.
