I like this store. Friendly customer service specialists and it's easy to get what you need. Often you do need to stand in line so come with a few extra minutes and be patient. It's not the stores fault that they have to deal with all the government red tape of shipping packages. I would recommend this place.

Great customer service!! So polite and friendly. When I arrived, the store was extremely busy and there was a customer who was so rude to the gal working in the store. She stayed composed as this goof was seriously giving her a bad time. Even though I had a little wait, it was worth it! I highly recommend the UPS Store in Battle Ground for the private mailboxes, shipping and they graciously will hold your packages for you!! Try this location, you won't be disappointed!!!!

They've always been really friendly and speedy to help here for the last two years that I've visited. Reading the one star reviews is mildly amusing, as they don't reflect upon the business itself, but rather the UPS model, which has nothing to do with the franchise owner. (It's not this store's fault when UPS fails to deliver something quickly. Most UPS stores charge at least $10 to pick up a package, so it's nice to know I have a local option that charges half that when I don't have a box/address here.)

Richard was a big help. We needed our front door glass replaced, it was a double pane window and only the outside was broken, but you have to replace the whole window. He came out the day I called him, measured the window, and got it ordered. It was only a week until the glass came in and he was out to fix us right up. He even vacuumed the broken glass up and cleaned his fingerprints off the window! That is dedication. Two other quotes were twice the price and was 3-4 weeks out. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Great Job Richard!

Very helpful and friendly staff with faxing, copies and notary. Nice to have all in one spot .
