Hands down the worst place I have ever taken my car too. Was told they would replace my motor mount... I even had the part. They charged me for the labor and when I went to pick up the car the mechanic told me that my old one "looked brand new still" so I should try and return it to get some money back (that alone is sleezy). He said he put the old one in my trunk and installed the new one. Fast forward, I went into a different shop to get an entirely different thing looked at and just asked them to check my motor mount... and sure enough the old one was never even replaced... so no wonder the one that was in my trunk looked "brand new." Moral of the story is this shop is LAZY and will take all the short cuts necessary to get out of work but still get money out of you.

Messaged Nehl about replacing the steering rack on my mustang and he responded quickly and professionally and I had my car in within an hour, two hours later it was replaced and ready to be picked up! Affordable priced and timely work.

Efficient, thorough, honest, and reasonably priced, Nehl's Auto Service is the place I refer friends and family to and recommend to anyone who needs automotive service done. Nehl has been a trusted part of my pit crew for several hundred thousand miles and has been a critical part of my team as I have transported more than 25,000 people in my vehicles over the years. If you are looking for a reliable and honest mechanic, give him a call!

If I could give less than one I would. My truck has been sitting there for almost a month with the promise of "a couple of days", and after "a couple of days", there is still no movement. The only reason it was brought there was for a warranty issue and it has sat. Now, when I call, it goes straight to voicemail and won't return my calls at all. Go to the shop and he is no where to be found. Don't waste your time, you will be disappointed when your car/truck doesn't get fixed in a timely manner and their customer service is sub par at best.

WORST PLACE EVER. Do not go here save the hassle and headache. Took a car here because he offered free tow and quoted cheaper then most others for a rebuild. He ASKS FOR A DEPOSIT $500 for him just to start working. I had no where else to go so I just paid the $500. Few days to buy he doesn't pick up or answer texts. Finally answers and says he needs another $500 to get all the parts. I told him no I'm coming in for a refund and picking up the car. I got there, he BLOCKED THE CAR and wanted me to pay the tow bill. I agreed to pay half just to get out of there and had to call my credit card company (luckily I didn't use cash) to verify the refund was on the way. The guy was sketchy about refunding and was showing me he sent refund with his machine in offline mode so it's processed later or could of possibly rejected. I would not trust this guy to change my washer fluid!! STAY AWAY!!

I paid Dustin from Unbeatable Automotive to install a new transmission in my truck I paid for the seals as per the invoice so when the truck started leaking fluid it took him months before he could schedule me in to have it done. I finally get my truck into the shop and I'm told it will be done the next day I don't even get a call back for several days when I'm told I need spark plugs because my truck won't start and I won't be charged for the diagnostic I tell them to go ahead and do it even though I'd just had them replaced (just a way to get money out of a job they messed up). I get my truck back and only drove it two times over the course of three days and the transmission blows up on me in traffic I get the employees of Grease Monkey lube shop to push me.ojt of traffic into their shop and the manager tells me there is way to much transmission oil in my truck so he hooks a machine to my truck to suck out only the excessive oil which he estimated at close to over three quarts, the manager and his mehanics stated the excess in fuil caused to much pressure and blew the torque converter. At this time I contact Dustin who says to bring it out and he will take a look at it for me. After a week he contacts me to let me know my transmission pan has metal in it and it is in fact blown. I told him from the start about the excessive fluid and he even told me he just fired an incompetent employee just recently and he was the one who worked on my truck when the seals we're supposed to be fixed. he admitted fault and said he would get it handled for me. More than two weeks go by with no contact when I go to the shop and he was finally there... he tells me he really can't afford to replace the transmission and torque converter and essentially begs me to try to see if mine was still under warranty. Me being nice oweing him nothing say sure and find out it is in fact under warranty including the torque converter, Dustin was in contact with the "Ken" from the transmission shop the entire process the first transmission was apparently lost in their warehouse in the delivery process so they explained to both of us a new one would have to be made. when the transmission does get to his shop in early April he tells me it will be done the second Friday of May when that date comes I show up to get my truck to find it hasn't been touched he explains he has to much work and it has to go on the back burner I ask him why a customer who's car has been at your shop well over six months wouldn't be a priority we're he basically just walked off and said he would do it when he could. This was May of this year 2018 and since he has ignored all of my phone calls texts and voicemails I just recently received a text stating "1/3 You will have to pay me to remove and replace. At a cheap price. Or it is being towed, either to your house or tow yard. This has been a hassle from the"2/3 get go. You claimed the replacement would be at my shop on days, not months. So quit acting like I caused this. 3/3 Figure something out or it'll be towed next Tuesday. I'm going to be out of town all week. This was the first time I'd even heard from him since May I'd tried going to his shop multiple times calling and leaving messages. After this he didn't respond to me all week and when I showed up with a uhaul dolly I had to rent that morning he wasn't even there and didn't get there until 11:45 on a Tuesday, only reason he came was because I had a friend call from a different number pretty ding to be a different customer. I tried texting him telling him I need my keys and anytime I'd call he would end deny it, I'd never been anything but polite and nice to the guy, and when he finally shows up and I ask for my money back and I threaten him with Yelp, BBB, and court be tells me good luck I have no proof and he covered all his bases but the guy is a complete and total scam he doesn't remember what he says or plays d*** you can hardly

We had our SUV brought here. The owner Dustin Walker has continued to push out the date it would be ready. He has continued to say it would be ready. He told my wife the latest was today. We drove to get it and he and his dad lies that it would be ready tonight. His shop was closed. His “dad†& he assured us it would ready then are not man enough to call that not only is it not ready but not there. No integrity no honesty. I would not recommend them for any service. Not reliable and he and his father have NO integrity and doubtful if they would no honesty if it it them in the a*** I would not recommend, steer clear.

My parents had brought there SUV in on May 11, 2018 and was told it would be ready to pick up by May 20, 2018. It was not done and they pushed it out another week and brought the charges up. It is now June 9,2018 and is still not completed when Dustin Walker said "it will be done today (June 9,2018) by no later than 5pm. It was not done. Dustin Walker AND his FATHER both said they needed 5 MORE HOURS to complete the job and that they would call when it was finished and for us to come back around 930pm-10pm. They were not there and REFUSE to answer phone calls and messages. Needless to say they make excuses and have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! Absolute awful and rude people.
