Terrific pharmacy personnel. Had product in stock and informed me what other items I would need for an upcoming procedure. Even took the time to physically show me on the shelf items I needed. Competitors wouldn't do that.

I liked this pharmacy until I went to pick up 3 prescriptions at 4:30 in the afternoon and they were closed. Extremely inconvenient. You would think a store the size of Albertsons could get addional personnel if someone has to leave in the middle of the day

Lacked basic customer service regarding administering a covid booster. Website said walk-ins welcome. Guess not; even with no one waiting. Common sense did not prevail. And tuck those noses in people!

Unbelievable cake decorating at the bakery!!!!! I gave them a photo I screen shot online and they came back with the most beautiful, amazing cake for my daughters birthday. I am blown away!!!! Thank you!

every time you call it wont go through, it has you go through the automation and when you get to the point you can talk to someone it just sends you straight to a mailbox that is not accepting messages. roughly 2 in every 12 calls will even ring without immediately sending you to voicemail. I have never called there and gotten to speak with someone without having to call 6 times back to back and deal with the automated menu each time. would love to see their communication system improve. kind of a deal breaker for me.
