After months of back and forth with other in-store reps and over the phone staff attempting to transfer my wife’s phone line from one account to mine, we were at a loss. Nick at this AT&T store went above and beyond getting us the help we needed, giving us a clear answer to our problem and finding us a solution. I highly recommend this store as your one-stop-shop to address any issues you’re having with your AT&T service.

Nick at BattleGround AT&T was exceptional at resolving my concern. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and even helped resolve a long standing issue with my husband's phone nobody else had been able to fix!

Pulled up at 12:25 no one going in or out as we did, as we get out of the car a employee made his way straight to the door as fast as he could to state they're going to lunch and won't be open till 1:15. I just drove from another at&t store that said they'll be open at 11 and the shutters stayed shut for over an hour I gave up on waiting at 12. And drove to this one. So since 11am iv yet to even get into a at&t store.

Ever since I ordered my new phone, there has been endless issues with getting my phone number transitioned over. After SO much headache and many trips into the store it was finally resolved. Alex is a ROCKSTAR and Carter was super helpful as well. These two are so dedicated to providing great customer service and understand the value of each customer. This AT&T location is LUCKY to have them both!!! I trust them to help me immensely.

Carter went above and beyond to get me switched over to AT&T from my current carrier. Very patient with me regarding all the mishaps with my credit freeze. Him and his coworker were both noted to be very professional and nice to all customers that arrived in the store while we were there.
