For picking up renewed tabs, this was easy and relatively quick. Though, they don't have a separate place to wait for this simple task like other locations do. Their customer service is better than other locations. They have lots of bench seating with cute signs to read while you wait. Parking is tight.

These people are so weird been there many times and brought lots of paperwork to get a registered vehicle and still can't do it just picked anything to not get registered. Thick of it

Overall good experience. However, there is an error on the list of services provided on the Google posting. They do not offer driver's License services, they only offer vehicle license services. They did direct me to the Vancouver DMV office for the services I needed.

Went in on Saturday around 1:30pm. Not a lot of people, took me like 20 mins to register my car. Lady was super nice. But they don’t have the plates yet so i got temporary one and will wait for their call

Wow, talk about a great experience, especially compared to other DMVs in the area (that I went to anyways)… Went to register my truck at the Heights Auto (or whatever it’s called) location and they were gonna bill me $515.00 and were very rude to me, made the process a pain. I went here on a Saturday, small line and got me through for $300.00 with a smile on their face :) thank you so much!

I visited Battle Ground Auto License the Friday before Labor Day. I knew it would be busy, so I got there ten minutes before opening. There was already quite a line! They handled it well, though! They got caught up pretty quickly, with a pleasant attitude! I love all the cute, funny decor, there! It’s quite entertaining, really!

It would be nice if the information you gave over the phone matched what you say when we come in. That way we aren't wasting our time and day to come in, wait in line only to be told we have to come back.
