"Bank" is a four letter word. That's why I use a credit union. Specifically I use Columbia because they're local and if I have a problem, I don't have to speak with someone on the East Coast over the phone who doesn't care. But, I don't have problems, because Columbia is on top of everything I need. They've got great rates, both on credit cards, and loans, and at Christmas-time when money is short, you can "buy" yourself an extra month on a loan payment. Try doing that at a bank. Bottom line, they've been good to me and if you live around the SW WA area, they're worth giving a shot.

Maggy was great to work with for our HELOC and credit card application process. I would definitely go to her again for any of our loan needs

Ridiculous not to be able to call the branch direct in an emergency. This is very poor business practice and we will be leaving this credit union as soon as possible. They constantly screw things ups, over and over, never learning from their mistakes.

Went through drive thru today to get a sheet of counter checks. The teller with man bun told me I reached the my limit of counter checks and would need to order a $30 book. I asked what the limit was he said 4. I told him I have gotten 40 of them in last 10 years I’ve had account. I told him he must be new and his service sucked. I went to my normal branch and they printed me 2 sheets no problem! This was obviously an incompetent employee! I will not be back to this branch! There is no consistency with this branch, different rules forEverybody.

This is the worst location. Always delayed and slow.

It’s better to just be apart of a normal bank. Their interest rates are even lower than somehow possible on savings, but they’ll sure shaft you on loans. Their customer service is last to none and they make no effort to improve it.My advice do not bank here.

Extraordinarily bad service on auto loan - 2 months after payoff Columbia mailed the title to our vehicle without tracking or any form of verification. Title was lost in mail and Columbia would not even cover the DMV fee for a replacement.

Not helpful, rude, and most look like they hate their jobs inside the newest battleground location. They were unwilling to help me, a customer who's been banking with them for over 7 years on a fraudulent purchase. Basically told me "too bad"......... Soon as i figure out all bills associated with them ill be switching banks.

I love Columbia Credit Union but this branch is horrible. They have one teller working the front and the drive thru and one person doing sit down service.

The lady that helped me fill out my auto loan was extremely nice and helpful (Vickie). I would definitely come back to her but the front desk girls are the rudest. They have a policy of no more than 12 people inside so when it wasn’t busy before I could wait inside. Today it’s literally 93 degrees and Adel from front desk kept saying wait I’m your car. To what die In there from a heat stroke?! I kept telling her I was able to wait inside before but she didn’t care. Worst customer service.

The inconsistency is absurd. My sister took over my moms car payments after she passed away last year and my sister has had to prove my moms death to these people multiple times. One day they’ll allow her to make the payments so the car doesn’t get repoed, the next they won’t allow her to make any. The last time she went there, they made my sister cry. Y’all need to get it together.

Actually prevented a family member from purchasing a better home due to to filing their auto loan twice. When questioned they actually asked them interrogation style if they really had two of the exact same year and model cars. Not to mention their policy is to start draining your checking if you don't use it after 6 months. I have to admit, the people are nice, but what a bad business model and what a way to mess up in a massive way to hurt your customer. User beware.
