We’ve been here 2 times in 2 wks & both times they messed up all of our orders. The 1st time we ordered 3 sundaes & they ended up making 7 sundaes cuz they kept messing up. We’ll fo to McDonalds.

7 people behind counter @ 6pm Friday night and 14 patrons on line in store and 10 cars at drive through. 1 register open and drive through cashier having to intervene and assist and manager along with assistant manager are hiding out in office. Poorly ran location and no fault of the flustered kids left to deal with the 6pm rush! This place needs to reassess their management team or just get people that care about their employees! Will never come back here again!!! Watched 4 cars bail off the line and 5 people leave the store… get it together people seriously ?

Went through drive through and they got our order wrong. Also ordered two slush drinks. They had me pull to front as their machine was acting up. The slushes were not slushy at all. Just colored water. They knew the machine wasn't working right and gave us the order anyway. They did fix the wrong order tho.

If I could give less stars I would due to the lack of efficiency. We asked for 1 blizzard and they had me pull away from the window and park in front to “keep their line times down”. It should not take 15 minutes to get a single blizzard made! Definitely not impressed. I do understand if you are busy but this has now happened many times when it isn’t very busy at all.

I am a former worker from Dairy Queen during my teen years. During the week, I often take my son to the Battle Ground Dairy Queen after he gets out of school as he’s a growing boy who loves his chicken. Anyhow, I have watched as the workers at the Battle Ground Dairy Queen have struggled due to what I assume is low staffing. Trying to stay caught up, stressed to the max, forgoing breaks sometimes I think, and receiving harassment from customers who refuse to be understanding. I know Dairy Queen isn’t as fast as the other fast food joints, and that’s what I’ve always loved about it. The food somehow just tastes fresher. All of your workers between the 11 am-1pm time frame have served my son and I with kindness and sincerity. Never once complaining. Please celebrate your employees in some way because they deserve it! Being a fast food worker is never easy, and every single one of your workers has been extremely professional. I would also add that I get what it’s like to train new employees, and it’s sad more customers cannot be patient with this kind of thing.Kid-friendliness: The coupons on the children’s bags are always a great option because children don’t always want their frozen treats at the time of service.

I've been waiting for my food for over 10 minutes with not one person in front of me. In fact, the lady told me I was the first customer and that their grill wasn't ready to cook food and that it would be about 5 min for my order to be ready. OK, if your open for business, shouldn't you be ready to cook your food? It's now been 12 min and I'm still waiting out front for my food. Got a full refund after 17 min waiting, won't be back

Terrible experience. Came to the drive thru, you know where you’re supposed to get your food at the drive thru window, and was told to drive around to the front and wait. There were 6 cars also waiting. Took almost 20 minutes to get our correct order to us after being asked at least 3 times if we ordered what other people had. Then when we did get our food, it was melted. I get wanting fast drive thru times and getting orders in but when you can’t manage what’s being put in why keep pushing orders through? This place is going downhill fast.

Terrible service. I was told at the speaker that FOOD would take 5-10 minutes. I was getting 2 blizzards. After I got to the window and paid, I was told to pull up front and wait. I waited for 20 minutes, giving them the benefit of the doubt as someone who has worked in the service industry. I figured they probably forgot about me, so I went inside. They somehow lost my order and had no idea what I was talking about, and I had said no to my receipt at the window before I knew I was going to be asked to wait (otherwise I definitely would have gotten my receipt). And they were handing out blizzards to the customers at the window. The only person who was apologetic was the poor gal who took my payment when I was at the window that I spoke with inside. It was 30 minutes by the time I walked out with 2 blizzards. What a waste of time and poor customer service. I’m not the type to demand a refund or a gift card, but the person who I assume was the manager or shift lead could have shown a little bit more remorse.Also, PLEASE don’t waste your time copying and pasting that half a**ed response that you reply with on everyone’s negative reviews. Save those 5 seconds of your life, my gift to you!

Absolute disaster. Drive thru order taken, and then not actually added to order. Even after cashier asked specifically about the item. Food brought out cold. When confronted about the issue, was told oh well you didn't pay for that. Burgers were cold, and not what was ordered. Employees don't seem to care at all, in general just a horrible experience
