I bought front tires for my Prius. I wanted to save money and got them from the place that seemed to have the lowest price. As soon as I drove off, I immediately felt that the wheel balance was off. After a while, I returned and asked them to fix the problem because the car felt like a shaker at over 50 miles per hour. They kindly agreed to do it for free, rebalanced the wheels, and I left. But nothing changed. After some time, I went back and told them that nothing had changed and the car was still shaking. The technician took my keys and went somewhere, presumably to check the car. When he returned, he handed me the keys and said he found nothing and felt nothing wrong. I immediately went to another service and had all the wheels balanced for $74. The car started driving completely differently; the shaking almost entirely stopped. Note the photo – the tire they sold me is defective. I went back with this complaint and showed them the report stating the wheels were not balanced and the tire sold was defective. They refunded me only for the front wheel balancing I had done at another service, but they refused to replace the tire, saying they didn’t see any issues and that it was fine. You won’t prove anything, avoid this place. I’ll still be thinking about what to do next.
UPD.
I went back again and asked for something to be done or replaced under warranty. This time, I went with a mechanic, and during the drive, he confirmed that the car was shaking, as well as the steering wheel a bit. He said the entire car was shaking, so it wasn't because of the tires they sold me. It could be the rear ones, but I had the balance checked at Les Schwab, and they said the rear tires were fine. I couldn't prove anything; they stood their ground and just laughed. They told me to write or do whatever I wanted. I've never encountered such rude customer service, especially when defective goods were sold. I want to warn all Battle Ground residents that if you buy tires or get service at this shop and it's done poorly, not only will they not compensate you, but they'll just laugh in your face.

Woke up at my campground to a tire half deflated... they got me in right away and were very quick. The price to remove the screw and place a plug was reasonable at about $25

Scott will take care of you over there. They do good work. And reasonable prices. He did sell me tires 2 inches shorter than I had. That was on one of my hot rods. The car has a chop top. I had to lean over to see out of the windshield. He got me new taller tires. I thought he would take the shorter back. Since they had zero miles on them. I brought the wheels in. Didn't want them driving my hot rod. Went home put them on. Shouldn't see out of windshield. So, no miles. I just wrote that one off.
