Now to the reason for 3 missing stars
1st
-1.5 - My vehicle was in for a two week repair as I was told and it ended up taking a month. I was out of pocket on the rental and they knew this. Completely blowing the 2 weeks is an easy point and a half off especially considering I was out of pocket on the rental. Don't accept the repair until you are able to get started on it within a reasonable time
2nd
-1.5 stars - This place sends updates by an text. What ever app it is they use at the shop is hot garbage. I was sent several text based updates saying the vehicle would be ready on day X. I would call on day x and find out it wasn't going to be ready and the new date is date y. This went on and on several times. Finally Staci told me this was because the app sends updates automatically. She would sign the messages with her name if it comes from her going forward so I could know which updates to ignore. Thanks for finding a work around. However, If the app is sending bad info get rid of it or fix it so that doesn't happen.
The quickest way to have a one off bad customer experience is to set expectations and then not meet them for that customer.
The quickest way to have your reputation ruined is to set and miss expectations several times over and by word of mouth have that spread. That customer tells all their friends and family about the experience and then all of them also tell their friends and family.
Soon the details don't matter people just remember that that so and so took their vehicle there and it was bad.
Get rid of that stupid app or fix it!!!
Also telling me its going to be another week or two would probably have lead to a better experience even though that would have sucked to hear. The 3 more days, then 2 more days, then 3 more days , then next Monday, Then next Wednesday, etc. etc.. Each one of those pushes really soured the experience for me. Better to set expectations low and then exceed them, than to set them high and miss them by a mile.

Every step along the way was positive with these guys - they were all very friendly and helpful. They sent me text message updates almost daily which was very appreciated. And they got my car back to me when I needed it. Good as new! I highly recommend!!

Classic Collision repaired my 22 year old vehicle after I was rear ended. They tracked down hard to find parts and I never once experienced a break down in communication. Stacy was very helpful throughout the entire process! I will 100% be returning if I need vehicle maintenance in the future!

I brought it in and it isn’t fixed all the way. My front fender is still bent. And so is my headlight. I tried to bring it in to them to get looked at again after they fixed it and I told them my concerns of it being bent. They went ahead and just adjusted the headlight to match the other headlight instead of seeing if anything was bent.

Brought my car in for a repair after I was rear-ended. The shop was great at communicating what would be happening, and kept me in the loop as it was happening. The repair looks great. What else is there to say, they did the job, and did it well, I would recommend.

I went to this shop for body damage repairs. The office did a fantastic job of anticipating my needs throughout the process, not once did I need to reach out for an update! Samantha and Nathan were very professional and easy to work with. My car was retuned to me perfectly clean and looking brand new! I would highly recommend this shop.
