“Call ahead. Most visits are conducted over the phone at this time and you will not be allowed in without an appointment, answering risk assessment questions and a temperature check. It is difficult to get an exception to make an in person appointment due to the pandemic. Caregivers are encouraged to wait in our vehicles. Client seems happy with the services provided.”
