Took my wedding ring in to be resized. I learned that they resize in house. Very pleased it only took a couple days to get my ring back.They cleaned my ring making it look brand new! So pleased with the customer service I received! Thank you again! We will definitely be back!!

Usually always had a pretty decent experience when buying fredmeyers jewelry but today was not it. I had taken my sons necklace in to get repaired as I bought the lifetime warranty in case of any accidents and the women helping never pulled up my phone number to view my warranty, she only just looked at the chain telling me they don’t sell those type of chains or cover any chain damage?? Doesn’t add up when I get pushed for the lifetime warranty everytime and couldn’t even bother to look it up or give a solution? Called another fredmeyers and they were able to assist me. Definitely wouldn’t be back and the women needs to get her eyes checked before telling a customer she can just tell my chain wasnt purchased there.

We are part of a Non profit, The Store manager said to turn in a request for our fund raiser. Our organization does millions of hours nation wide, When we called to check on the status the manager was extremely rude. As for our organization we will no longer be doing business at this Fed Myer.

Never had any issues at this store. Staff is usually friendly, It's a little smaller than some stores but usually has what I need.

Rings are nice and prices aren’t bad. The staff excessively push the warranty they offer for up charge. Purchased engagement ring with warranty in store since they cover center stone. Had to get the wedding band online since they assume you want to add the warranty, read over the warranty online and they don’t cover loss of diamonds. Staff claims there is some “diamond bond” that covers filet diamonds, but have nothing in writing online or in store. Since I didn’t purchase warranty on both rings they wanted to charge $175 to solder them together. I’m going to celebration jewelers down the street that offer luxury labor with their laser soldering machine for only $79. Overall happy with the set of rings , not so much with the service after purchase or transparency in writing of their diamond coverage.

My debit card was stolen and the only way I could pay was through Apple Pay (my bank allowed to add the new digital card as the plastic copy was being mailed) so I came here to buy dinner and low and behold they don't accept Apple Pay BUT accept SAMSUNG pay?!?!?? What the heck?! This is ridiculous, please add Apple Pay......now I have to starve tonight because I have to work ALL night and this was the only time I had to grab some food. Great. Step your game up Fred Meyer, the world is moving along in tech you should as well.

Went in to purchase a new ring for my wife for Christmas. Sat in there for 30 min while the lady behind the counter BS'ed with some woman the whole time. I was never acknowledged. Not even a "I'll be right with you". Nothing. Took my coat off, had my ID out, ready to see some rings and nothing. Put my ID away, coat on and I left. Won't be going back. Hopefully you don't treat more customers like that.

Oh man... I wouldn't have believed it if I hadnt saw it. I watched the store manager tell a woman "we don't serve your kind in here" and "you can order online". I watched because I thought it was going to be an inside joke but he wasn't quiet about it and he proceeded to kick her out. What is this guy doing in management? No, I don't know the context but it was like watching an African American getting told to leave a business in pre civil rights America. Disgusting.

I went shopping in Fred Meyer in mid Sept. There are apparently no mask requirements as at least 80% of the customers were maskless. I sent an email to their customer service and got back the most idiotic reply that not only didn't respond to my complaint but could have applied to ANY subject. I responded that I will send my complaints in a letter to their headquarters. Maybe they have someone who will actually answer my question of why, during a surge in Covid 19 cases/deaths, Fred Meyers has no mask requirements? In the meantime, I will refrain from shopping at Fred Meyer or any of their other brand stores. As I stated in my email "what you sell I can buy at any number of stores where masks are required and I feel safe."

The Pharmacy counter staff are very nice and helpful. The pharmacist, is less than nice and condescending. Spoke to my wife as she were a child and did not listen to her words. We are now looking for another pharmacy, even though we may have to drive further. Is customer service going out of fashion? We have choices, we'll make them, and vote with our wallets.
