Take your files or send electronically to the office and in a day or two they will file them for you and in a couple of weeks or less your rebate is deposited into your bank!

Terrible experience with this place. The receptionist was condescending to my wife and I when we weren’t ready to hand over our many w2’s within seconds of walking in the door. The “Tax professional” with zero year experience according to the appointment confirmation wouldn’t even consider doing an itemized return. She said “the standard deduction is too high”. Then was very rude and inconsiderate with her choice of words while we were waiting for the more experienced person to come help. We ended up grabbing our paperwork and walking out. Looking into our deductions for 10 minutes after leaving there we found enough to cover the standard deduction by several thousand dollars. The people at the battle ground location absolutely do not care about saving their customers money!
We will never be using hr block again specifically because of this location!

Multiple trips to this office, multiple conversations on the phone, multiple correspondence over the HR Block app and they failed each and every time. Now I receive late payment notices from the IRS. So, I go to their office and place is closed down with a note to contact at a Vancouver office..I call them and they are out of the office until June 12. So much for "peace of mind". Will NEVER do business with this trash company again!

Last year H&R Block charged me $180.00 which was not a bad price to have taxes done. They had a lot of people getting their taxes prepared. This year the price has gone up $100.00. This year it would cost me $280.00. I am a senior citizen and I am going to have my taxes done for free. I am not going to pay the increased price.

H&R Block did a good job on preparing our taxes again this year. No issues with the preparation or the process itself. This would have been a five star review except the price for the preparation was significantly more than last year for relatively the same overall results.
