Been here 3 times for a nail fill and yet to have a good job on nails. Didn't file them and nails were so sharp I cut my face and arm with my own nails I had to go somewhere else to fix. Also the paint didn't cover side of nails and each time I was nicked and cut because they are in such a hurry to get to next customer. I gave them 3 chances and each time experience was worse and worse, nails aren't even same length and they all.different shapes. I wish I could upload pictures because it looks likes nails were done by a 2 year old, much better and less expensive places to go!Service: Acrylic nails

I haven't gotten my nails done in so long because of the previous horrible experiences. I was never lucky with my nails, and always had to deal with rude nail techs. I came across this nail salon because it was only 7 min away from my house. Since it was my first time there, I specifically told them how I had horrible experiences before and was hoping that this nail salon can give me a good experience. Apple did my toes, and she was so gentle and sweet. Loved the shape and color. Hanna was taking care of my finger nails. She made sure I was satisfied with my nail shape, color and design. Was super sweet and listened really well to my concerns. I have finally found my nail salon. Will return! Thank youuuu!Services: Acrylic nails

I am very picky with my nails but this were flawless. I will be going back for sure because of HuynhService: Acrylic nails

Beware. The place was clean, which looked promising, however that’s the only good thing I can say.We both wanted full sets. We described exactly what we wanted and picked out our colors and designs. When we got to the stage of cutting cuticles, the lady that worked on me, started pulling instead of cutting. Resulting in multiple of my fingers bleeding. I brushed it off after I pointed it out and she apologized. Then it came to the nail length and shape. The shape and length was nothing like I had showed her. When I asked for for a specific design, she said it was “too late” & “it wouldn’t look good” which made no sense because we hadn’t even got to that point yet. When it came to the polish, it was not at all the color that was on the cards. The polish ended up clumpy, but I convinced myself that it was the lack of lighting in the establishment. My daughter asked for medium length, thinner nails (not super thick) they ended up being cut short and thicker than mine. When we pay, we are greeted with an extra charge to use a debt card. The lady points to a sign at the front desk that is on the side and not facing the front, where you would walk in. Which seems a little odd. We tip because we believe in tipping regardless of service, then we leave. After we left, my daughter noticed hair and bubbles in her acrylic, along with unevenness in shape and length. I notice that, I too, have bubbles and lumpy acrylic. An hour later and fingers are still bleeding. (I had scabs for weeks) At that point, we decided that we would not be returning. But wait, there’s more.I couple days go by, and my daughter’s nails start falling off one by one. Her job doesn’t require typing or the use of her hands. There should be no reason for her nails to be falling off. She called salon, when the first nail fell off. They squeezed her in same day to fix it. They didn’t use the same color, and the nail was drastically thinner than the rest, but we knew it would be temporary, so not that big of a deal. The next day the second nail fell off (different nail), while touching nothing. This time the salon said they didn’t have an opening to fix it. So, she went out and bought nail glue as a temporary fix. The following day, another different nail fell off while washing her hands. And as you could probably guess, another, the day after that. This is why we chose never to return to this salon. Like I said, they get points for cleanliness, however, the people that worked on our nails need more practice to prefect their profession. They also need to be more upfront about extra costs. I’m sure there are some more talented people that work there, but we must have drawn the wrong straws.Services: Nail art

This was our go to salon for quite a while and we loved going there. Our last few trips things were not up to par. Nail polish is chipping with in days, everything is an up charge and if you don’t do the extra pedicure package it seems like they don’t want to do it. My last visit there was a new girl working who stood there after i had paid, staring at my cash until I tipped her (even tho she rushed thru everything she did). It was extremely uncomfortable and distasteful. It makes me sad because I felt like I finally had a good solid place to go.

Rush job on my mani. Didn't soak my hands to soften my cuticles. Used a sander on my cuticles and ripped my skin on several fingers. Paid way too much for the quality of work.

As another woman stated, I want to be careful commenting on the services provided. My first and will be last experience at this salon, was not a time of pampering as my husband or I had hoped for. My husband sent me for a deluxe manicure and pedicure. He paid for the deluxe upgrade and for gel polish. There weren't any other customers but there were a handful of technicians. A few of them were laughing loudly in their back room. The second I sat down, a technician asked if she and another could do my nails and toenails simultaneously. I obliged assuming they had another customer arriving soon but they admitted later that they did not. It was uncomfortable balancing my hands and feet and not being able to fully enjoy my tea (which was delightful) or the massage chair because she was trying to do my nails. After only 30 minutes, they were already polishing my nails. Neither of them had massaged my hands or feet nor used hot rocks at this point. I politely asked about it and they said they'd massage after my nails were painted because of the oils. Perhaps it's true but I believe deep down they were going to cut corners...they did massage at the end but it was difficult to relax after all of this. $100 for this, for decent nails...I hope they read this and consider customer service. It's a beautiful atmosphere complete with chandeliers, classical music, and beverages, but at this point, it's only skin deep. I hope they improve so they can be rewarded and richly blessed.

This by far has been the worst nail salon I have been to. The staff is really friendly but the service is awful. It took vivian 2.5 hours to do dip nails. By the time she was done she had filed down my skin to the point where it was raw and red. She cut me 3 times and did not even apologize. She also placed the dip on top my my cuticles. Do not waste your money going here. All this, after I had asked them to get me an experienced tech.

I made an appointment and when I arrived, my technician had just started a pedicure on someone! I waited for 15 minutes, but she wasn't close to being done. You can't have your walk-ins taking priority over your appointments! I'm finding another salon.

I’m going to be as thoughtful as possible about this review. I’ve been to hundreds of salons and know what a good experience is.When I arrived, I immediately noticed that the salon looked very clean and updated, and had several customers. Great sign, right?! Not so fast.I asked for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. As soon as I was seated for the pedicure, I was handed a menu which showed different pedicure options - ranging from $35-$70. I opted for the $35 pedicure - and immediately noticed that the lady became visibly annoyed I picked the “cheap” one. Please keep in mind that a $35 pedicure is about 50% more expensive than the salons in the area. I’ll keep it short - this was a terrible pedicure experience. The water was boiling hot and I had to remove my feet. I provided feedback and she did nothing. I do think she did a good job with the nail polish. It looked clean and well-done. But she very lightly scrubbed my feet (like it was almost comedic how she didn’t touch my foot with the scrubber) and I was left with the same calluses I came in with. Definitely not worth $20 no less $35. It felt retaliatory for me not picking the $70 option. That’s just bad business! After the pedicure I was moved to the area to get my gel manicure. This is where things really took a turn for the worst. I asked for opaque white-pink nails (an extremely popular color in 2022). As soon as she started I could tell the polish was basically clear. I stopped her after 2 coats to strategize. I did not request clear polish. The lady proceeded to exit the station, not saying a word, and her colleague who I assume was the owner sat down. I showed her the picture of what I wanted (not at all complex - a single color) and she said I couldn’t expect that we could achieve that look. I was very confused what to do next, as with gel nails you cannot just wipe off the polish. She proceeded to pull out a drill and motioned like she was going to shave the gel off. Absolutely not! That’s not even the proper way to remove gel, it’s damaging to the nail.I politely asked if I could please pay for the pedicure and leave. She agreed and when she swiped my card, it was $2 more than advertised. When I asked, she pointed to a small sign that said they charge for using credit card. After the experience I had, this was the cherry on top. This is not a customer oriented business. They are operating as a cash grab nail salon. I’m so sad because this place is so close to my house and I was so excited to love them. The customer service that I received might be the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s very confusing to me because the quality of their work seems good - but I can’t stand behind customers getting taken advantage of.If you haven’t guessed, I won’t be returning. There’s plenty of other nail salons in the area who treat you great and do a better job.
