Not so “jiffy”. People sitting in the office yucking it while one tech is doing multiple vehicles. And EXPENSIVE! You can get two oil changes at other places for the price of one at jiffy lube. Also try to up sell you on additional services that aren’t needed. Not impressed, won’t be back.

I drive a fleet to vehicle which jiffy lube is one of the preferred providers nationwide. I chose to use the Battleground Jiffy Lube sense this vehicle was new with no issues.The last time I went in there to get my oil changed.They asked if I wanted to tire rotation because at that mileage the leasing company would allow it. I said no I already got it done but please check the airin my tires. I know they checked my driver front tire because I could see that. But they didn't check any others and when I got home. The tires in the back were really low. Also on the way home I used my windshield wiper washers and immediately the empty light came on. The service here has gone downhill. I wonder if the kids working there realize that by checking off and saying they completed the tasks when they really didn't is fraud. I have switched my Fleet vehicle to Valvoline which is our other preferred provider. And I can see what they're doing with cameras.

Don’t pre-purchase an oil change package and intend to use it at this Jiffy Lube. I bought a package of 3 oil changes and the first 2 times, they told me they were unable to find my purchase. I was persistent and they did end up finding it. It was frustrating and took way too much time, but it worked out. 3rd time, it of course they told me they couldn’t find it and they were unable to help. I showed them my previous receipt and they handed it back and sent me on my way. The little bit I saved on pre-purchasing a package does not compare to the time and frustration I have experienced. The customer support is terrible and it looks like I’m out the $$ spent on 3 oil changes and only received 2. Maybe that was the plan from the beginning and how they make their money. Either way, I will be taking my 3 cars elsewhere and I highly recommend you do the same.

I took my car in to get an oil change because it said I needed one. I’d always gone to my mechanic for check up and oil change but I needed something quick since I had my 9 month old with me. The man I talked to was amazing and very helpful and discovered that I was not actually due for an oil change and informed me that he wouldn’t be doing it. I liked that he was very honest and didn’t just try to get money out of me. He checked the rest of my fluids and sent me on my way with a new oil change sticker. I’ll definitely go back when I’m actually due for one! Very honest and kind people.

Would absolutely recommend this shop specifically to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. The guys working are all very knowledgeable. They work hard to get you through as quickly as possible. Coming here always.

Will not be coming back. The people there are unprofessional and unhelpful. Came for an oil change and alignment and while they were doing services, the radiator started overheating and the some leakage happened. I had this car for a while now and such thing has never happened. Instead of trying to figure out what the problem was, the guy claimed that he couldn't even tell where the leakage was coming from or what the problem was and claimed that the car should be junked. I and my husband had to figure out ourselves what was wrong and were able to fix the problem while they wasted our time and were trying to force us out of there. Later we went to a different place were a person fixed the problem within seconds and was able to tell us that the radiation fan was disconnected. The people at this Jiffy Lube don't know anything about cars besides how to change oil. Very disappointed.

Some douchebag who drives an obnoxiously loud Mazda Miata works at this location and regularly pisses off the entire neighborhood by revving his shitty sounding engine whenever he's arriving or leaving. I get that it sucks having a shitty vehicle, but there's no reason to make an entire neighborhood suffer for it.

I like to go to my Battle Ground, WA Jiffy Lube. I really appreciate that they help me find coupons, especially since prices are so high all around. Even though everyone deals with rate hikes, they make sure my cost is within a few $$ of my last visit. They always provide excellent service, as a result, they have my loyalty.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

The service was prompt and efficient.The reason for my 3 star rating was due to the tech first recording my beginning mileage off by over 3000 miles, then compounding the error by writing the next visit mileage on the little window sticker 56,000 miles above the incorrect mileage he’d just recorded.Once I noticed the errors I returned from some 30+ miles away to have the arithmetic corrected…very inconvenient!The tech then wrote the correct next-visit-due mileage on the new window sticker but couldn’t figure out how to correct the mileage on the printed ticket/receipt so I’m still in the computer with the wrong mileage.
