The mechanic came a little early, which was no problem for us. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it in a timely manner. An explanation of the service was given in an understandable way. Friendly service and polite. The price was more than reasonable. We will definitely consider using them again.

My husband found them on Google and we are very pleased with their work. Great prices very punctual very honest great customer service I can go on and on about how wonderful they are but seriously they go above and beyond we are blessed to have now are only mechanic. We won't need to rely on any other person thank you guys

Five stars for the friendly service and pricing, although I did leave a little bummed out. They got me in same day, on short notice, to replace a ball joint for me. Helped me immensely and I appreciate that. When I returned later in the afternoon to pick up the knuckle I noticed my wheel bearing now grinds and has play it in. That was not the case when I took it in. Dust shield is torn, but that's the least of my concerns. I would've paid them to replace the hub/bearing but I guess that's not a service they provide. Bringing the collateral damage to my attention or apologizing would've gone a long way.

We almost took our vehicle to KC & Sons for replacement of our alternator last month. We were considering them and another local shop, both of which were near our home and had good online reviews. We decided to go with the formal shop, which replaced the alternator, primary battery, secondary battery, serpentine belt, and drive belt tensioner assembly. The other shop’s diagnostic charge was hefty, and there were additional fees, all totaling over $2,200 – ouch!! A couple weeks later, our car died at a traffic light. The original shop took it back for service, confirmed the intermittent low voltage issue, found the battery cables hot, figured that the starter motor was drawing excessive current, and recommended a replacement of the starter motor for $1,500! They were also going to charge a second diagnostic fee for the same presenting issue from a couple weeks earlier. So this time, we reached out to KC & Sons.
KC remembered that we called last month. We gave an update of the situation, and KC gave us a very reasonable estimate for a starter motor part and install. He also said he likes to do his own diagnostic (no extra charge!) to make sure he’s addressing the actual issue and not replacing anything unnecessarily. His son provided a ride home, and about 2 hours later, KC called to say he seemed to find the problem – the battery cable was not securely connected on the secondary battery! The bolt for the battery cable was loose and could be moved easily. We are so thankful that KC & Sons were able to find the actual issue and were honest with us. Looks like we should have taken it to KC in the first place. Thank you, KC & Sons!

I couldn’t get my hood open due to a disconnected cable. They were able to and did my oil as well. Great experience, 5 stars and will be back!

Needed to have my diesel truck diagnosed, the guy didn't know anything about diesel truck. Charged me $75.00 and didn't figure out anything.

A tremendous establishment. I’ve formed a relationship with them and the owner and they are my go too mechanic! They are legit; don’t rip people off on prices, and are friendly. They also take their time to make sure they diagnose things right. I’ve never had a mechanic I’ve felt more fond of. Love yall!

KC and Sons got my lil Mini Cooper in and had it running in 24 hours, and got it back on Christmas Eve which is amazing. Got it in and inspected the same day I called. I knew a hose was bad but they also discovered the thermostat housing was leaking after it burned up on the inside some time ago. They also did an oil change and now my car is running so much smoother too. Highly recommend these guys and will definitely come back if I need anything.

They are the most honest respectful mechanics around they definitely take pride in there work love kc & sons they have done all the work on my vehicles & don't matter the time he will answer and let me know how to fix my problem and I live in ohio . That's how much appreciated I am of them they take care of me all the way over here. I don't want to ever have to get a new mechanic.
