They told us about a manufacturing issue with our car that there was a lawsuit for regarding the exact issue my car had. Instead of just giving us a quote for repair they explained what needed to be done and helped us get it repaired for free from the dealership. This is an honest and helpful shop

Great service! Was the place that could check my car the fastest. My original mechanic put a faulty coil and spark plugs in my car. The mechanic here explained the issues, fixed it, and did it for cheaper too. Highly recommend coming here!

So thankful for this shop here in Battle Ground. Had bad experience at another shop here in B.G. and was overwhelmed with relief after our experience with Klimes. They had great communication. Seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and was even able to get our car diagnosed and fixed in a matter of a couple days. On top of that, the cost to fix was extremely reasonable. Highly reccomend, and will be returning customer! Thank you Klimes!

Radmila is nice and very informative. I picked up two used parts for a Mazda RX8 for a very low cost in good condition. Definitely recommend it.

I purchased a body armor bull bar for my Subaru crosstrek and had Klimes auto repair install it for me. The job ended up being more work than expected that required some cutting. Not only did they meet my expectations they exceeded them. Charged me more than fair and maintained great communication throughout the process. My experience all started because my car couldn't go more than ten feet without the wheel clenching up (or so I thought). They fit me in within a week to diagnose the problem that I thought was smaller than it actually was. It turns out the driveshaft needed to be replaced as well as the U joints on each side. After those were replaced, they checked the transfer case fluid to find that it had been shredded up beyond much further use. After ordering a new transfer case, they installed it and got my car running again. I didn't have a proper appointment time for the size of a job this was, but they still worked my car in there amidst all of these problems and their other clients. I can’t say enough good things about them! Incredibly friendly, took the time to explain what was wrong and answered my questions. They also were very timely with completing my repair, and I was able to get my car back in just a few hours, not to mention I called Friday evening and they were able to get me in Saturday morning! Good people. They seemed to genuinely want to help me with my car, being diligent about letting me know what all needed to be fixed when they found something broken and helping me out with waiving fees and finding used parts. In one particular conversation I had with Radka, one of the owners, she explained to me how she felt compassion for my situation and wanted to do what she could to help me out. I am grateful.

We took our 2015 Toyota 4 Runner to Klimes for a tune up, transmission flush, oil change and coolant flush. Not only did they do a great job, they hand delivered my car to my house when it was done cause it took a little longer than anticipated and we were not around to grab it. They also by far had the best prices for the services I needed, I called four different shops in the area and they beat them by a few hundred bucks. On top of that they staff was so friendly and nice! Highly recommend Klimes to anyone looking to get work on their vehicle. We will for sure be bringing our 4 runner and Tacoma back for any future oil changes and services.
