I have to say I will always only buy tires from Les Schwab. The customer service is what keeps me coming back. I had an appointment set up on Monday for new tires and unfortunately the tires got held up in transit. I was able to get right in once the tires came in and was in and out within 45 min. Thank you so much!!! I’m so happy with my tires and how my car drives!

Their service cost me $20 but the cleaning afterwards cost me ten times more. I should NOT be finding grease inside or on my car. Last visit I asked management to remind mechanics to wash their hands. On my next visit it happens again. It should be common sense.

I was from out of town on a Holiday weekend tire was loosing air in one of my tires called them and said to bring my truck in and they would check it and let me know, also asked if they would rotate my tires for me which they did and when I picked up my vehicle the service adviser let me know there was no charge. Then on the receipt they'd had given me it let me know how much was left on the brake pads. Excellent customer service.

I have to say that maybe Les Schwab doesn't have the cheapest tires in town (not much more expensive), but their service is unmatched. Even when it is the end of the day, they are hustling. I would highly recommend to anyone to come here for anything you need for tires.

Came in for new tires due to a flat tire on the way to Seattle. They had us in and out replacing all 4 tires in less than an hour. Joshua had great recommendations but and was extremely helpful. They were not pushy on sales (which I appreciated). Would definitely come here again if I lived closer.

I replaced every tierod end on the front end of my subaru and one of my rear wheel bearings I took it here and they wouldn't do my alignment said my rear sub frame was pushed over or bent had 3 different mechanic companies look at it said nothing was wrong rear tire just needs aligned but they don't have the equipment to do thanks to les schwa I've gone threw 4 sets of tires and 3 wheel bearings all because leschwabs employees are too lazy to do extra work myself I will never use leschwab again horrible company and the worst employees

Said they wherent able to align my vehicle because of worn parts, but shook the truck down my self and know that said parts where replaced recently and still in good condition. Took truck to another alignment shop and they were able to align it fine. The alignment tech at this Les schwabs just either was trying to upsell or is lazy and didn’t want to do it but it’s always something for me at this location. I’ll take my business else where from now on

Long wait times due to quality assurance, demand and staffing & Worth It! Had flat tire repaired 2x - NO charge! I returned last September to replace 4 tires with $1200 set of USA MADE Dean AT2 tires_ Butchie

I'd give it a fifteen if I could! The service is incredible, the place is spotless, even the bathroom. The only reason why it took as long as it did was because they were soooo busy. They got to me as quickly as possible and I didn't mind waiting. I had a nail in my tire which they repaired.... FOR FREE!!! Who does that these days? I love these guys and would recommend this business in a New York second!! Having a flat tire and a dead battery all in the same morning was a bit much but they made it alright for me!! Thank you, Les Schwab Tire!!!!

Came to Les Schwab in battleground Washington after buying tires here now few months later I come to do my rotation and I gotta sit for two hours and wait for them to forget who I was in my order and my car completely no confidence and Les Schwab I don’t know why I came back here
