“We ordered 1/4 cow that was taken to Ward's to be processed. I must say that they did a great job!! It took a little while to get but it is well worth the wait.. They know what they are doing, it was aged it to perfection. It is so tender and delicious!
They called me for pick up and when we got there the place was clean and squared away, smelled nicely like smoked meats. Service was friendly and helpful.
Each package was labeled and double wrapped. The cuts are great sized and packed according to our preference. We received 70% of our hanging weight which is exactly what is to be expected.
We are thoroughly impressed with the product and processing that was done. Would recommend to anyone needing their services.”
