Sherry has been around for a while and made move in very simple and stress free. Let us know of anything going on or coming up that might affect our storage and always kept great contact and the facility in top notch. If we ever need extra space again will be back, keep it up!

My experience at NWSS was a five star because Sherri was prompt, clear and helpful upon and after moving. She made sure I had my contact, code and contract information. Thank you so much for an easy stress free transaction.

Conveniently located just four minutes down the road from us, which was perfect. Units are clean and have access to light. When we were late on one payment, the staff and company were nice and worked with us forgiving the late fee and helped to decrease the rate increase which we appreciated.
