Battleground Wa. O’reileys is ok. Very few employees now anything. Mostly button pushers. Year make and model. Needed a radiator fan for my mother’s car. Manager order a condenser fan as a radiator fan for the car. My mother was stuck here from out of town. SMH I have to look up the parts for them most of the time.

Nobody there seems to care about customers to much! You ask about there products and they have no idea! And 75 bucks for wiper blades and there other rip off products, you think they would know a little.

In their defense. It was ten minutes to closing and I had two belts for a compressor that I did not know that they would even have... Counter person was kind of snoddy but timmons closing going to be and I heard you get out of there too....

Placed order to be shipped, I received email, "order was ready to be picked up" I happen to be in town and stopped by the local store where order was placed, Chad brought a single item back, I asked if I can pick up the rest of the order and save you shipping and time and asked what do you need from me for the remainder of the order because he could not see it, I was trying to present an email with the details as shown below while the phone had rang and proceeded to help the customer on the phone while he was already in process of assisting me with my paid order! I softly mumbled "I can't believe he is ignoring me" he heard me and stated "he wasn't ignoring me" I had explained to him you don't help the customer that calls in while your currently helping the customer in front of you, "You ask them to hold your currently helping another customer" his response was "maybe i would like to come behind the counter and do his job" Before things escalated I proceeded to leave and last said make sure you put down "I did not pick that up" as he was putting the filter back into the basket, I had called back to speak with the manager and she was out for the day and will return tomorrow, I left a message more than 24hrs ago with no return call, Out of spite see photo 1 it states item was picked up and it wasn't, This was no accident, It's intentional of Chad's actions to directly to affect my account incorrectly, unless there is a third shipment for this single item, I would considered this fraudulent behavior of the employee, I left a message for the District manager Mike M to call back as well, also no return call. If I go back I'll ask for Jason's help since it seems that he is more customer oriented than Chad! due to the reviews!!!

This place is horrible. Seriously overpriced. Staff is not knowledgeable, in fact quite the opposite, and they all have bad attitudes. Incompetent and rude about it.

I own a business so I see the commercial side of their employees and I have to say their employee Jason is a remarkable employee, he always gets me what I need and he does it in a timely manner. The guy deserves a promotion if not a raise at least. Best automotive experience I've ever dealt with, the guy definitely knows what he's doing. Definitely recommend

I hate what has happened to part's stores, nobody knows anything about cars and you almost always get the wrong part and have to go back. Schucks used to have a mechanic or two on staff to answer questions, now it's a girl with purple hair that can only look at the computer for answers, which are wrong
