Got a pass for one week. The owner helped me set up my account for 24/7 access and it was very straightforward. The gym has all the cardio and weightlifting equipment one could need. Additionally, it wasn’t too crowded. Great value for money.

I use the weight room once or twice each week, but I am much more motivated by exercising with other people. Resolution has a number of different classes with knowledgeable instructors and positive class members. I love that. It’s so close by. I don’t need to drive to Vancouver to work out.

I like that the owner of this gym supports Silver & Fit. Due to this program my shoulders are stronger than when I was in my 40's.
