Brenda is so great. Listens and is too the point. I love her and am lucky to have found her. I've heard horrible things about Rose Urgent Care but I can tell you from my anxiety ridden point of view, I have no anxiety coming here. Best place I've found since my last Doctor retired. I love Dr. Brenda! The ladies at the desk are also always so nice. Thanks for being there for me!

This is the first time in a very long time where I went to a healthcare facility and they actually listened to me. I felt seen and heard, and I feel like my PA honestly cared about my concerns. Finally!

Both of my children see Dr. Robert's and her medical assistant Sara. They're incredible and amazing. They have been so thorough, and the level of care they provide exceeds my expectations. I normally don't do reviews on our providers, but I just feel like sharing in case someone who has high expectations and expects incredible results would choose Dr. Robert's and Sara.Kathleen however is not someone I would take your child to see. My then 11 year old daughter had a lump on her arm and told my daughter she was going to get a breast exam. My daughter (which I gave the choice to) did the exam herself, but Kathleen was aggressive and in my daughter's space. When Kathleen left the room my daughter cried because of how aggressive Kathleen was and how uncomfortable she made my daughter. She should not be doing medicine. Go see Dr. Robert's and Sara if you want exceptional care. They are truly kind, and nurturing while doing their job. I didn't expect that level of care from Rose Urgent Care and Family Practice. I was going to completely change providers until we chose them.

We had to go to three other urgent care offices for someone having a major gout attack before we got to Rose. We were rejected at the others because one didn't take Medicare, one would only take him if he was a previous patient for that specific issue, one because they only take appointments now and were booked up. Rose got us in, took Medicare, saw him within 20 minutes and gave a good diagnosis with their PA and got a thoughtful prescription. Thank you!

Dr. Chau, as well as other staff I’ve experienced, have offered me nothing less than stellar care. As a younger person with some concerning health issues, I feel heard. I’ve been dismissed and defeated by doctors at corporate facilities for years, simply because of my age. Dr. Chau listens without judgement, and has me on the road to receive answers and treatment. I am beyond appreciative.

Receiving excellent care with a complex condition affecting my balance and mobility. My doctor focused on my well being and made referrals as needed. Recommended therapies have helped improve my quality of life. Members of staff here treat me with compassion and respect for my limits and needs. Their interventions support me in living as well as possible. I am treated with respect and feel heard and understood.

Dr Brenda Roberts is my doctor, and I have seen her three times. I have had very positive experiences each time. In fact, as she listens to me, and evaluates my situation I have felt SO GRATEFUL and appreciative that I have her for a doctor. Her medical assistant Sarah is very personable, and the front desk staff is courteous.

Under absolutely no circumstance should you put your valuable health care decisions in the hands of Daniel Austen, who I refuse to provide the honorific of doctor. Lackadaisical, uninterested, condescending and unhelpful--- this provider spend all of 15 minutes in the room (after a 2 hour wait) and spent at least 10 minutes of that sitting in complete, uncomfortable silence... This man did not even deem the questions, comments, and concerns brought up worth answering. He did not even extend the basic human decency to respond for the VAST majority of the attempts to create a collaborative conversation aside from barking occasional orders (that were clearly expected to be followed unquestioned.)Healthcare and provider/patient relationships should have a foundation of mutual respect, basic human decency, andmutual collaboration. Daniel Austen's bedside manner and professional attitude did not meet any of these BASIC standards. If you are looking to be treated like a human being with a right to your healthcare needs being met, do not trust your care to Daniel Austen.

Kathleen a doctor currently at battleground urgent Care and family practice didn't even bother taking a look at us just walked in said you have this you have this looked at me and said I had pink eye when I was literally therefore being stabbed in the eye with a key my eyeball had a hole in it definitely didn't have pink eye then when my fifteen-year-old went in for his physical today she told him that she wanted him to see the cardiologist and she said don't worry about having your parent called you need to call yourself and tell him you're an emancipated fifteen-year-old which he is not I also had schedule an appointment for his which we went to where she decided not to do the physical said that he had had one that was within eight months he needed this physical done for military school told us to drop off the paperwork which then she called and said she would not fill out the paperwork until we came in for a physical the whole reason we had the first appointment then they continued to bounce is back and forth from person to person telling us they would call us back and did not also proceeded to tell my fourteen-year-old that his teeth were yellow and he needed some serious acne treatment when it came time for my 11-year olds appointment for his ADHD that he's been diagnosed with since he was 4 I just didn't want him on medication we went in finally because he was struggling so hard to get him on medication to which she refused and told me to give him Benadryl ask my son about his experiences school when he told her about his bully she told me if I took him back to school she would call the police also told me I needed to call down there file a police report and she would be calling to check and if I did not she would take it into her own hands so I went to the police department who then in turn told me that they would handle the situation from there and for me to allow my son to go back to school on top of all of this bedside manner towards me and my children was absolutely rude and not necessary. Every time we go in there she asked about 50 different things to my kids is medical records and is just absolutely insane and if you do try to say anything in your defense it becomes an all-out war I just do not think that this a professional way to be treated and if you say anything to one of the receptionist upfront this specific lady we'll roll her eyes at you and make you feel ignorant she literally told me our job is to call you so we did not miss calling you for your even though my call logs say different the rest of the ladies at the front are amazing and dr. Dan there is an absolute he does great with my little one he's absolutely amazing to work with and also some of the nurses and the lab techs are all amazing they just have a few people in there that make it agonizing to actually I would not recommend going in there for urgent care because you will end up having to deal with these people if you can get in for an appointment with somebody that you love seeing then that's fine but getting stuck with the others will ruin your entire day and possibly everything on your medical record

I'm in the waiting room right now, for an annual exam. I've been with Dr Brenda Roberts, who is new here, for about 3 months. This is the 3rd time I will be in here.I read the other reviews and I can't speak on any of the other doctors, but Brenda is exactly the doctor I needed at this time in my life. She's been compassionate, engaging, and relatable. Awesome for, ahem, women of a certain age.

I needed immediate care for a gash on my head. This was the only clinic with time to see me quickly. The staff was incredibly kind, professional and acted quickly.

My husband's doctor in Portland was out of town so decided to go to urgent care close by. He was very pleased with how pleasant and professional they were. They even did a follow up phone call.

save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place. My sister brought her daughter in for ear infection after a night of screaming, crying, and holding her ear in intense pain. We brought her in together and are insanely disappointed in all service and especially the doctor. They don't care about their people at all, insanely disappointed in our service and the treatment. She got told that there was no ear infection and that it was just wax drainage. No it definitely wasn't just drainage. Her daughter is 4 years old and no child will stay up crying for hours and hours, being offered tylenol, ibuprofen, etc. and nothing helped. She got shipped out with no help, and some drops to "help with the pain" well that's not what we needed. I'm so upset with everything, they were insanely confusing and just kept repeating their words without any explanation. Don't come here. Honestly are they even real doctors here? They don't seem to have any clue about what they're doing. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I've had body aches, fever, chills, diarrhea, phlegm, mucus, and cold sweats for 5 days now and decided to go be seen today. This place didn't do a single lab test on me and pushed me out the door within less then 15-20 minutes after being seen... Not to mention their "Dr." was actually just a "Nurse Practitioner" who decided to diagnose me with "Strep Throat" when my throat feels completely fine. The entire time I was in there they talked to me like it was the flu that is going around but the paperwork clearly says otherwise on it. Of course I'm not going to wait in line behind a huge crowd of people to complain to the front desk about it. So I'm just going to leave this review here.P.S. If they didn't have lab tests available they could of just let me know. Or at least tell me what they are going to be diagnosing me with before they just hand me papers and send me out the door.
