Our entire family gets their medications from this pharmacy. We have never encountered any issues. Despite staff shortages, they’re very prompt and courteous.

Worst pharmacy ever. Don't except anything in a timely manner, don't except basic customer service skills and don't except the counter girl to not come to to the window with a mouth full of food just to tell you it's another 3 hours when you have already waited 4 previous hours all cause their go too excuse is we are short handed. We'll guess what, that's a you problem, not a customer problem.

Pharmacy staff are v rude, I’ve been met with unfriendliness on multiple occasions picking up my prescriptions. Time to change pharmacy.

First time using this pharmacy today. I share this to be constructive not critical. This is a classic “you never know what someone’s been thru” moment that hopefully your techs can learn from.
I showed up 5 minutes before close and the tech at the register was rude. I didn’t say anything, just let it go. But I was late because I’ve been on the road since 6:30 this morning, which began with a call from my son who totaled his car in Hockinson this morning on his way to work after hitting a big ice patch after this week’s major ice storm. Even I was sliding around after knowing he’d wrecked. Fortunately he wasn’t hurt horribly and survived, but I had to pick him up, get him to my wife so she could take him to the ER, then I needed to go back to his car to wait for the tow truck which took a while. Then went home to check on 3 other kids, then went to the ER to see how my son was, then to 2 grocery stores to get food near the hospital in central Vancouver and groceries to take to my kids at home. After all that, it was unfortunately 4:25pm with a careful drive into Battle Ground before a 5pm pharmacy close (writing this at 5:15p). And unfortunately my daughter needed this critical pulmonary medication due to her heart disease, so waiting another day or two would not be good and might also require an additional wait if the med went back on the shelf.
I get the frustration with a line of customers 5 minutes before closing.
But please know … you ALSO don’t know what’s happened in someone’s day.

Anytime I've had an appointment they've been prompt, efficient and friendly. Never used any services beyond vaccinations however.

The battleground Safeway is awesome! I transferred from the woodland Washington pharmacy due to not much communication from them, but the battleground Washington pharmacy is the best in my book! Always there for me and they answer there phone lol. Thank you Safeway battleground pharmacy.

If I could rate a zero I would. Each time I come they say they never get our prescription faxed. It takes days to get anything prescribed from them. When my prescription was filled they didn’t have enough to fill it. Said I would have to come back to get more as it needs ordered. I had been in 3 times in a week asking for my prescription that the doctor sent that they continued to say they didn’t receive. They got my Name misspelled on my prescription and my date of birth wrong and my address wrong. They wouldn’t give me a fax number when I asked what is the best fax number for the doctor to fax to since they continued to say they didn’t receive it. Very unprofessional staff. Giggling and laughing over the phone and in person very rude. Worst experience I’ve had. They did this to my husband as well.

Did not notify me of my medication. Went on full withdrawal, did not sleep for a week (meaning literally zero sleep hours for 168 hours), and was reluctant in fixing it. The manager never followed up with me when I complained. (This isn't messing up an order at McDonald's, this is serious psych medication we are talking about!)Go to Walgreens if you can or any other one in town.

??????????This pharmacy location is understaffed with young people that are overwhelmed and cannot handle the responsibility of dispensing peoples pharmaceuticals in a mature, responsible way. They need to hire some adults to work at this location so that it won’t be the slowest pharmacy ever. Sick people are supposed to be able to come here in a timely manner and get their medication and go home and take care of themselves but instead they have to deal with stressed out understaffed little girls who don’t know how to manage. I will be going to a Pharmacy’s in town from now on.What I’m really gonna do is try to find a pharmacy that has nothing to do with Safeway at all.

A big shout out to the young man who was overseeing the self check out terminals on 12/28/22 at around 7:45 pm.
I forgot my extra cash at the terminal I used to check out. He tracked me down as I was going to my vehicle in the parking lot to give me my cash I forgot at the terminal.
Thank you very much for looking out for your customers!!!

Pharmacy staff go above and beyond to help especially when trying to utilize a coupon for an expensive drug. Everyone I’ve met has been nice despite being very busy! Thank you pharmacy team!

I get my prescriptions here because they take my insurance. Otherwise I wouldn't still be picking up my medicine here. The staff is always very kind and they do their best to help, but it seems something always goes wrong. Several times they tried to charge me full price for prescriptions that my insurance covers. Same issue three weeks in a row. A few times they filled with the generic instead of name brand so I had to wait around the store while they fixed it. It's very frustrating to come every two weeks to get the same medicine with the same insurance and yet still have problems.
