Today around 6pm I went in for help. Horrible service I was made to feel like I was stupid. All I was asking to transfer everything to my old phone to my new phone. I was told very rudely "this is going to take an 1hr+. I'm not touching your phone, you will be"! I did everything I was told every step of the way. I was belittled for not knowing how to transfer my phone over. It was a male, so if you want to be treated like trash you should go. Horrible place, thanks for the service!

Anthony gave me excellent service checked into everything I needed done, I had had a death in the family and he too care of everything very quickly and really went the extra mile for me. Appreciated it very much.

Went into T-mobile in battle ground today 2/20/24 was greeted my Kevin and Anthony, my boyfriend was looking for a new phone (specifically the IPhone 15 pro max) because his broke today and he needed it for work, unfortunately they didn’t have any in stock, however Kevin went above and beyond and started calling around asking if other stores had any in stock. Which coming from cell phone sales I personally know it’s like shark infested waters any time a sale is in question, however Kevin was being kind enough to pass the sale along to someone else because he could sympathize with our situation. Hazel dell location said they did have the phone we were looking for over the phone, racing against the clock closely approach closing time we finally make it there and to which they said they had just sold it or had it on hold for someone else ( also coming from sales I know that is not allowed ) so we quickly went back to the battle ground location after calling and saying we’re coming back for a different phone. When we arrived Kevin and Anthony were quick to come to our rescue in helping us get a new phone to even go above and beyond and staying almost 1/2 hour after closing to ensure we were all set. Kevin and Anthony really went to bat to ensure our satisfaction and we cannot wait to tell our friends and family to go see Kevin and Anthony and Battle Ground T-Mobile knowing that they will be in the best hands and will enjoy good conversations and laughs as they make something as daunting as getting a new phone more enjoyable. Cannot stress this enough how fantastic they were.

Came in to upgrade one of our phones. Previously on other cell providers they are pushy on getting the new models and lack system to be efficient. Anthony at T-Mobile was the complete opposite, such a breath of fresh air. Anthony was kind, went over all the questions we asked, gave us insight and was not pushy for us to get something we didn’t want. Definitely will return when we need another new phone to the BG location.

The staff was a great help and was working hard to help out many people at one time. James the manager was doing great by helping multiple people on multiple different accounts. Jada was very helpful and knowledgeable on the services they provide and helped me switch over from my previous cellular service. So glad I switched and I’m happy with the service this location provided!

Female was rude to my wife when she went in on January 11th around 1 pm. My wife took my samsung watch in because it will not stay charged for more than a couple of hours. We have spent a lot of money at T-Mobile and don't appreciate bad service especially by rude employees.

Awful service went in at 630 pm and was told they are closing in 15 minutes, though the sign says open till eight. The phone we wanted to purchase was "out of stock" even though the website said it was in stock. Just terrible
