I have asked questions one on lights/ I needed a new bulb they told me they couldn’t help me second I sent an email asking for some help on a voyager needing a manual and other question regarding it. No reply from this company at all. this company is about 2 miles away from my house I went there once and they were rude.

Although the manufacturer states that the 5013-KTM fits like the factory stand I can assure you it didn't fit my 2003 KTM 450 EXC. However the Fastway kickstand by Promoto Billet did fit just like it was made by the factory. When I called Trail Tech factory support they told me to "hit the bracket with a hammer" because my riding had bent the bracket. FALSE. The Fastway stand was a perfect fit despite my alleged "bent bracket". The Fastway also has an internal spring and works quite nicely. I'm out $140.00 on the Trail Tech 5013-KTM

I do a lot of technical work, and sales using Trail Tech products. They are quality made, have great US customer support, and if you have a technical problem you will get an answer. The popularity of their product makes it hard to get sometimes, but I guess that's the price you pay when you make a good quality GPS.

So I never used there products before but wanted to try for the first time because it has alot of good rated from everyone I'd talked to!!!So I order the Vapor W/ the dash board on May 7, 2019 "NEXT DAY AIR" morning hours of that day...I didn't get it the next day so I'd waited couple more days Friday i called they said i will ship Monday May 13,2019..So Ok!!!I Waited May 14,2014. Still nothing by the end of the day!!!!called them and they will check with the warehouse and get back to me...another day pass and no reponse so i call again...no good answer way it hasnt shipped...Waited til May 17 , 2019 Nothing not even a call or email..so i called again and They have no idea way I didn't get my vapor yet...so I Cancelled my order told them to give me my $$$ back...so as of product quality I have no idea never got the dam thing!!!!so not a good company with customer service... i have have to click 1 star to post something but i rather click nothing!!!!!!!

I recently ordered a fan kit, upgraded stator, and two voyager pro's and love all of the products. They are very good quality and perform exactly as advertised. But the thing I like the most about Trail Tech is their amazing customer service. They respond to concerns very quickly and resolve any issues to ensure you are happy. They stand behind their products 100% so I never have to think twice about placing an order. When I need aftermarket upgrades for my bike the first place I check is Trial Tech! Special shout out to Justin Yancy for all the help.

Ended up calling Trail Tech after a horrific experience at one of their market peers. Trail Tech gets 5 stars to the competitions 1. I called Trailtech technical support 3 times in one day as I figured out which stator I needed, their wattage output spec methodology and to confirm my aftermarket flywheel wouldn't be an issue. They were gracious every time. Then, experience being so good, I called back to add a computer to the order and ask a few more questions about that. I waited once out of all those calls, probably 3 minutes total. Technician was knowledgeable, and most of all acted like he wanted to be in his role and desired to help. Thanks Trail Tech!Edit: Unbelievably, after this positive review the company shipped me a different part number stator than was ordered, risking my travel schedule. I have provided them a voice mail instructing them on how to minimize additional fallout from the damage already done and will update review accordingly. Down to 2 stars from 5.Edit 2: Trailtech returned my Saturday morning voicemail promptly Monday morning letting me know they were overnighting the correct part without drama, arguments, or other inappropriate pushback. Back up to 5 stars.
