We stopped into the store to add a second line and upgrade a phone. Dariuss was extremely helpful, made the process easy, and let us know of a few discounts. I highly recommend going to him for any cell phone needs.

Called National Verizon customer, service is horrific. I called and waited 25 minutes before giving up. I called the local number. They called me back quickly but then ended up sending me to the same automated service that did not respond! I am now on my third try and they seem most interested in trying to upgrade my account. Access to my online account is not possible, it just keeps looping and asking for the same input over and over. It seems that the only solution is to go into the local verizon store and see if they will fix it. After 15 minutes of waiting for a live representative I gave up. Incredibly ironic that I can't fix the problems regarding my phone by making a phone call to the phone company that makes thousands of dollars off me via their being my carrier. I will be seeing what type of service AT&T provides in my area.

I had an issue with my phone, and needed to make a claim on the insurance. I was helped by Erik. He was awesome and a huge help. Got there later the first evening he was able to allow me to use his tablet my phone was not working properly to get the information sent in on the insurance. The next day the new phone came in the mail I went back down to Verizon store in Battle Ground and Erik got everything moved over even though it was difficult to do with the condition my old phone was in. It was fairly busy both days and the first day he was the only one in there, nevertheless he addressed people's concerns professionally and thoroughly and did a fantastic job. In my opinion Verizon should be very happy to have him as an employee and a representative. My experience was a five-star experience, and I am very happy with the outcome.

This place is a disaster!! I brought in my phone to trade in.. 3 months later by bill is still not reflecting the trade in. I called Verizon and they don’t show anything about a trade-in. I can’t call this place directly. so now i have to go in and confront them and see who pocketed my old phone! makes me crabby! why can’t any transaction at verizon be smooth!

Timothy, at the Battleground Verizon Store went over and above helping us resolve a difficult issue today that I wasnt able to resove by calling Verizon directly several times with no success.He was so pleasant, curtious and kind. He was very diligent and professional. If you want 5 star service, visit their store.
