Scheduled an online appointment for an RSV vaccine and completed all documentation online before today's 11:45 appt.The clerk said to have a seat. . Well 45 minutes later I went to the window intending to simply cancel and be on my way.Well then they asked me to wait a while longer.It was odd to me that no employee ever updated me during the long waiting time for an injection that took 2 minutes. While waiting I observed a disgruntled woman complaining that was a week without medication and another man that walked off in frustration. It was not as if there were several people waiting for service.It did appear the two clerks were busy with drive through customers.I would have appreciated even the insincere courtesy of "sorry to keep you waiting...or we appreciate your patience".None came. I certainly will not use the Walgreens pharmacy in the future.

Avoid this pharmacy, absolutely horrible. Worst service, communication and attitude that I’ve ever seen. You are not a doctor, you give me what the doctor says too. Horrible!

They have a big selection but customer service was poor. I feel that customers should be treated nicely and should be respected.

I am new to this area wish I read the reviews before sending a script to tbe pharmacy. Just don't waist your send your business elsewhere. And forget about using the drive thru they just let you sit there and ignore till they close.

Incompetent to say the least. I have used this pharmacy since I moved to Battle Ground last year. I've always found Walgreens to be convenient in the past, and have never had issues getting my prescriptions. That all changed with this location. I'm a type 1 diabetic, and need my insulin to survive. Every time I have tried to refill my prescriptions the last 4 months, there has been an issue. I typically just use the app to order, but I ordered in person the last time (to ensure a smooth order) and was told it would be ready the next day. After a week, it is still not filled. I have been sitting on hold trying to speak with a staff member for the last 45 minutes and will be out of insulin soon. Not only does this location not follow through on what they say, but they put the patients dependent on their refills in danger. I highly recommend not using this pharmacy location for you own health and safety.

The staffing level is unacceptable. The line is usually 15 people deep. They do not answer phone calls. My auto refills have disappeared. The drive thru is closed. It is not the clerks fault. Totally management issues. Bye bye.

Pharmacy staff is confused and slow. They don't know what they are doing. It cost me a lot of time and frustration just trying to refill blood pressure medication. I get put on hold and after waiting they just hang up. I show up and they tell me to contact my doctor. My doctor say's he does not know why they are not filling my prescription.

Less than 1 if it was an option. Battle Ground Pharmacy spent 1.5 hours on hold with 3 calls ahead of making sure a prescription was filled, finally gave up went in a few minutes before posted closing time and they were already close up prior to stated time!! This pharmacy is horrible.

We've been using walgreens for years up until now. Every time we need a filled prescription, we get told they aren't contracted through our insurance, but then when we show up they miraculously figured it out and it was accepted. First it was our accounts were separated, so she told me they linked them. Then today, told my husband that they couldn't find my daughter as a patient even though they had the prescription filled, so that would've had to be through insurance and she was clearly insured being she was just seen at the doctor right beforehand, Not sure how they found my son the day prior as he would also be listed meaning the insurance went through that they "dont accept", unless they just put him under my husband who has the same name which would be illegal so i doubt it (But i will definitely double check that as they did not include jr in his name and it has our old address which she said she was going to update and clearly did not) The Pharmacist did not bother to grab others for help in the moment, just said its not accepted oh well. Also spoke with another walgreens location pharmacy, was told they do accept that insurance and that they are not sure why this walgreens is fighting it so hard. We're over it, we will be using a new pharmacy altogether. Very sad for them but I also noticed their high prices when medication is out of pocket, so seems like the better choice is to just move on. 10/10 do NOT recommend walgreens pharmacy.

The lady at the front dest on Monday was a complete brat and had the audacity to yell at my grandfather to get out for asking why he was put on hold for an hour and his wife on hold for another 30 minutes in two separate phone calls. He was getting 1 6 pill prescription. The rude customer service is not needed and needs to be fired.

Pharmacy is always under staffed, can’t get prescription or use the drive thru, and inside line for the pharmacy is always 5 plus people. Cashiers fill-ins such as store manager are rude to customers who are rightfully upset about their prescription delays. I’m surprised anyone uses this pharmacy at all.

Awful. This is not the place to go if you actually need your prescription. Took 5 days and still did not say it was filled online. Called and was on hold for so long and was told it was ready. Went to get prescription and they had just decided to close a few hours early. They’ve been very unreliable so I’ll be switching to Fred Meyers now as I actually need my medication and rely on knowing I’ll be able to get it during regular business hours.
