We are still being followed by Jay Sizemore, the NOT SO GREAT loss prevention associate and author at this location who falsely accused me an elderly family member of stealing five yrs ago! He's the tall skinny one with tattoos on his arms walking throughout the store following innocent people.
Jay Sizemore continues to follow my 94 yr old mom, making it very uncomfortable for her everytime we're in the store. This store is less than a mile from us, and their's no reason why we should have to travel ten miles out of our way to visit another Walmart just to avoid this kind of treatment. Jay likes to make it well known that he's following us because he's always right there at every end cap and within our vicinity looking at us. What is Jay's obsession with us?!?
Update:
Jay called the police on me today, July 24, 2024, and told them "I'm heckling him" online... Since when is heckling against the law??

They turned the aisles of this place into a clostophobic fever dream nightmare maze, and they have a giant section of the store walled off sitting empty? At least they actually have plastic bags again. Thumbs down!

I recently moved from Battle Ground and have been trying to find new places to do things here in Vancouver.
To follow up my Walgreens (on NE 63rd) pharmacy experience, which was terrible, I made an appointment with Battle Ground Walmart pharmacy to have another go at a vaccination appointment. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile, the person printed out something that Walgreens couldn't seem to get done for the first half hour, then she went back and handed it to someone. 5 minutes later, that person met me in a room to give it. I had a professional experience and was out of there within 9 minutes.
This has been my experience at this pharmacy for years and it was worth the drive. I'll do it again.
What I won't do is give Walgreens another chance. Not only were they incompetent, they didn't care when we tried to talk to them about it, TWICE.
A++ for Battle Ground Walmart.

Absolutely awful customer service. 50 people in line, 1 checkout stand. Cashier is rude and disrespectful. Whatever, no one cares anyway.

Dudes at the gun counter are cool and so are alot of other employees. They got some cheap stuff though. Got a good deal on this duct tape even though it had a silly pattern

Walmart sucks in every way. From being completely ignored if shopping at later times or the fluorescent lights that drive you crazy. Cameras, fights, and prices are wrong when checking out.

It is unfortunate to see how the level of customer service at Walmart has declined. The only staff member who exhibited friendliness was the door greeter. The cashier displayed extreme rudeness and appeared to be somewhat off-putting. It seems that the focus on low prices may have impacted the quality of customer service provided.

I went in today to buy a black stone and the one I wanted was sold out and i asked the gals in the back if I could buy the floor model and they told me no so I bought a different one and literally one minute later someone walked in and asked if they could buy it and they said yes and sold it to them. I was very mad/irritated about that ;/
